Details of Works

Labour charges for loading transporting unloading of 40 - 45 Gallen capacity of empty barrels from the store to the site at Naranapuram SS 80*180 = 14400 Nos

Labout charges for Draining of transformer oil from the transformer into the empty barrels for attending the repair works etc at Naranapuram SS

Labour charges of dismantling of 10 MVA, PowerTransformer HV, LV Bushings, Radiators, Conservator Tank and other accessories including all lead, lift, T&Ps, Crane charges etc.,

Labour charges for dismantling and replacement of Top cover gaskets, OLTC gaskets, Radiator, Butterfly valve inner Gaskets and all other gaskets, (which are normally not covered under dismantling and re-erection) and refitting of top cover and OLTC cover plate & all other dismantled accessories and complete tightening works as directed by the Field Engineer. All the required Gaskets of RC 70C grade and governed by IS 4253 to be supplied by Contractor.

Labour charges for overhauling of Power/Auto Transformer OLTC Mechanism including cleaning and replacing of defective spares and gaskets etc, as directed by the Field Engineer.

Labour charges for erection of 10MVA Power Transformer's HV, LV Bushings, Radiators, conservator tank and other accessories including Top cover, Side Inspection covers, Turrets and Including minor welding works wherever necessary, minor transport of transformer accessories, tools etc. complete including the cost of sundry items such as soap, cotton waste, enamel paint, kerosin, in all respect, all lead, lift, T&Ps, Crane charges etc. complete. after renewal of all Gaskets .

Labour charges for applying vacuum in the Power transformer including labour and vacuum kit etc at SS and filling of Nitorgen upto required pressure for Transporting purpose as directed by the Field Engineer. (N2 gas to be supplied by Contractor)

Labour charges for filling of the transformer oil from oil barrel to main tank of the transformer after dismantling all accessories from the transformer main tank.

Labour charges for renewal of Diaphram of vent including netted metal mesh including cost of Materials .

Labour charges for Hot oil Circulation of transformer oil in the transformer and OLTC for 72Hrs. Or necessary to achieve the required level and circulation of oil till satisfactory results are obtained before commissioning at Naranapuram SS.(First 5000 Lits)

Labour charges for Hot oil Circulation of transformer oil in the transformer and OLTC for 72Hrs. Or necessary to achief the required level and circulation of oil till satisfactory results are obtained before commissioning at Naranapuram SS.(Above 5000 Lits) (16500-5000)

Labour charges for minor fabrication, welding, drilling, cutting, renewal of earthing etc at site

Labour charges for spray painting of Power transformer and accessories including cost of enamel colour paint for valve marking waste, kerosine, soap etc. complete upto but including the cost of paint

Supply of 5 Kg Breather with silica gel including freight charges etc

Supply and Termination of cable core including the cost of strips etc. as per drawing directed by the field engineer, for Tank Wiring of 10MVA Transformer .

Supply and glanding of all the control cable in transformer to DM box, M.Box, etc including removing of insulation of the control cable and providing suitable holes in the gland plates as directed by the field engineer.(25 MM)

Supply and glanding of all the control cable in transformer to DM box, M.Box, etc including removing of insulation of the control cable and providing suitable holes in the gland plates as directed by the field engineer.(22 MM)

Supply and glanding of all the control cable in transformer to DM box, M.Box, etc including removing of insulation of the control cable and providing suitable holes in the gland plates as directed by the field engineer.(19 MM)

Supply of Fasteners ( Bolt, Nut, Washers) for various sizes, including all Taxes etc. as a quantity required during Erection.

Supply & Renewal of View glass, Rubber feedings of Marshalling Box & D.M Box doors if Necessary including freight. ( Appx 2 Doors per Transformer )
