SH: CLADDING WORK

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

SH: FLOORING

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily.

SH: FINISHING

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface :

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. Complete

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

One or more coats on old work

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

SH: REPAIRS TO BUILDING

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and lastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

SH: MISCE WORK

Providing services for cleaning of campus as per requirement and direction of Engineer in Charge. All T & P has to be arranged by the contractor.

Beldar / Coolie

Cleaning and disinfecting of toilet of all floor (G.F to 5th floor) of Telephone Bhawan i.e Wash basin, Urinal, W.C pan, floors Mirror etc. with brush using detergent, harpic etc. as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and placing erathem pot of standard size 400 mm dia and 400 mm height with (plants) shrubs upto 450 mm height of approved quality at Telephone Bhawan Campus, Ranchi. (Rate includes filling earth, planting plants etc. All complete).

Cleaning of fully choked manhole including disposal of garbage upto municipal dumping ground as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of fully choked sewer pipe line from manhole to manhole or manhole to septic tank as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (Notes: Sewage should be come upto septic tank)

Proper cleaning of duct M.S working platform at 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th floor level and duct manhole chamber completely including disposal of garbage upto municipal dumping ground as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Sewage should go from duct manhole to another manhole).
