M & L for Removing the existing unserviceable tar felt or any type of felt of any description from roof slab alongwith screed bed, including cleaning the surface & removing the debris to a distance exc 250m and n.exc 500m, etc complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick (average) in cement mortar 1:4 on roof surfaces mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement. Note:- supply only of water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item

Supply only approved integral water proofing compound, Make : conplast x 421 IC of M/s Foroc Chemical (Inida) Ltd or its techno commercial equivalent

M&L Applying oil bounded bitumen primer @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm, and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less then 4.0 Kg/Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less then 160 gm/sqm having softening point not less then 150 degree centigrade, having tensile strength of 650 N/5 cm and 350 N/5cm in longitudinal and transverse directions respectively of the reinforcement, trearing strength of 180 N by torch- on application including min 10cm side over lap & 15 cm end laps. Applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 over the membrane @ 1.2 Kg/sqm as per the detailed specifications. Note : The laying/ applying of APP membrane and other connected work shall be carried out by the approved applicator of the manufacturing company of APP membrane.

Taking up or down 20mm steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store.

All as per item No 5 here-in-before but 25mm bore

S&F 20mm CPVC pipes SDR 11 & plain CPVC SDR 11 fitting on walls ceiling or laying in floors including fittings complete all as specified .

S&F 25mm CPVC pipes SDR 11 & plain CPVC SDR 11 fitting on walls ceiling or laying in floors including fittings complete all as specified .

S&F as in repair Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed 20mm.

All as per item No 9 above but 25mm bore.

S&F in repairs 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed in any length fixed to wall all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed in any length fixed to wall,trenches all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 75 mm bore PVC bends any radius as in repair all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110 mm bore PVC bends any radius as in repair all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and jointed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I (500 ltr capacity) including disconnecting existing tank and providing all necessary fittings for connecting with pipe line, threaded type lockable cover complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and jointed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I (1000 ltr capacity) including disconnecting existing tank and providing all necessary fittings for connecting with pipe line, threaded type cover complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Ball Brass valve 25 mm dia high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in CM incl all quions all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks , straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks , straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:4 in half brick thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces rendering is to be even & smooth without using extra cement on internal walls.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings nexc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level).

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20 mm grades stone aggs) as in coping, benching and similar works including weathering slightly rounded on chamfered angle and throating all as directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (40 mm graded stone aggs) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Asbestos cement corrugated or semicorrugated sheets in roof coverings, all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings unframed 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position, all as specified and directed.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete or butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161-1979 graded St-240 all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPs as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks, exc 250ltr and n exc 500 ltr setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position.
