Taking down unserviceable wire carefully copper/ aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, regulators, sockets, light fittings, fans etc., and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, ceiling etc., including painting with same colour of the background, complete all as specified and as directed.

Wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade multi stranded with copper conductor conforming to IS 694 drawn through and incl non-metalic rigid PVC conduit incl accessories surface type run on walls/ ceiling incl MS terminal boxes mounted concealed on walls with hylon laminated sheet top cover 3 mm thick fixed with cadmium plated iron screws for housing the switches, switch socket and outlets, fan regulators etc., incl provision of 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated single core multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly, all as specified and as directed. (a) One Light point controlled by one switch

(b) One fan/Ex. fan point controlled by one switch.

(c) One 5A 2pin/3pin switch socket out let multipurpose on independent Board.

Material and Labour for sub main wiring 1100 volts grade PVC insulated FRLS multistranded copper conductors, two runs of single core 4 Sqmm along with one run 4 Sqmm PVC insulated single core FRLS multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor along with one run of PVC conduit all as specified and as directed Note :- 3 run of multistranded copper conductor and 1 run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit

Disconnecting the powersupply and taking down Ceiling fan ,Dismantling the defective Ceiling fans motor 1200mm sweep taking to work shop and by taking out burnt copper winding and rewinding with super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge and weight including replacement of all insulation material and other petty items required for making motor functional Complete all as specified and as directed.

Dis connecting the power supply and taking down the exhaust fan , dismantling the defective Exhaust fans motor up 300 mm sweep taking to work shop and by taking out burnt copper winding and rewinding with super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge and weight including replacement of all insulation material, and other petty items required for making motor functional Complete all as specified and as directed.

Dis connecting the power supply and taking down the exhaust fan ,/wall mounting fan dismantling the defective Exhaust fans motor up 400 to 450 mm sweep taking to work shop and by taking out burnt copper winding and rewinding with super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge and weight including replacement of all insulation material, and other petty items required for making motor functional Complete all as specified and as directed. Note: item No -32 to 34 - Servicing of Exhaust fans and Spares will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

Hanging Only Ceiling fan and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan all as specified ,and any addn/alteration /threading if required to down rod shall be done by contractor with out any extra cost Complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out un serviceable PVC connection including supply and fixing 15mm borePVC connections with brass nuts 650 mm in length suitable to connect GI pipe 15 mm dia to hot /Cold water outlet of geyser complete all as specified and directed .

Taking out unservice pressure release valve including Supply and fixing pressure release valves suitable for geyser up to 50 ltrs capacity type asper existing PR valve complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking out the unservieable 3 core wire including supply and fix FRLS PVC Round insulated copper flexible cable 2.5 sqmm , 3 core PVC sheathed,1100 Volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in Soft / Loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep for laying of cables etc, getting out and forming bottom surface to required gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling including Spreading levelling watering and well ramming to excavated soil in layers not exc 25 cm thick Complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated material not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point in soils Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for riddled Sand Cushioning to cables a layer of 8 cm thick before laying the cable and second layer of 15 cm thick after laying the cable Complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Sand shall be measured after punned down.

Taking out old unserviceable UG cable, Supply and laying 10 Sqmm, 2 Core LT UG cable grade PVC XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed armoured, heavy duty, in trenches / walls / poles / passing through pipes with multistranded aluminium conductor including lugs / thimbles / ferrules connection, testing and commissioning Complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable UG cable, Supply and laying 10 Sqmm, 4 Core LT UG cable grade PVC XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed armoured, heavy duty, in trenches / walls / poles / passing through pipes with multistranded aluminium conductor including lugs / thimbles / ferrules connection, testing and commissioning Complete all as specified and as directed.
