Schedule 'A' Section - I

Excavation in trenches in hard dense soil n.exc 1.5 mtr wide & n.exc 1.5mtr in depth and n. exc. 10sqm on plan for laying pipe in trenches and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable/defective/damaged/blockage GI pipe 80 mm bore steel water tubing,sorting out serviceable pipe fitting for reuse and cleaning the pipe including fitting and removing away all unserviceable pipe from site, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Exacavation and earhwork shall be measured and paid for separately.)

All as per serial item No. 4.00 here-in-before but of size 100mm bore -ditto-.

S&F GI tubing medium grade, ISI Marked conforming to IS 1239 Part-I 2004, 80mm bore with and including all fittings such as bends , elbows,tees, short length, socket, union, check nuts, nipples etc. fixed and laid in trenches/floor/under culvert/road crossing etc including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No. 6.00 here-in-before but of size 100mm bore -ditto-.

Taking out old unsv and Supplying, fixing and testing of cast iron Rising Sluice valve PN1.6 as per IS-14846, body, dome, wedge-CI IS:210, rings-bronze IS:318, Spindal-SS IS:6603, Gland Packing greasy jute packing, fasteners-CS, Gasket- Natural rubber, nominal size DN-150 mm, both ends flanged in existing line, after removal of old unserviceable sluice valve without damaging to existing pipe line complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Suitable size flanges for existing pipe line, Joints and jointing materials shall be included under this item.

Taking out old unsv water meter and Supplying, fixing and testing of Electromagnetic Flowmeter integral type display with rubber lining of size 50mm bore compatible with online water quality flow monitoring system measuring tube material SS 304 , accuracy + 0.5% installed at pumping/gravity line , flange type end connection, flange standard conforming to ANSI 150, bidirectional measuring range 0.2 to 12m/sec, working pressure 25kg/cm sq. , Std. output 4 - 20 mA , IP 65 protection class for sensor with graphic display complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Construction of brick masonary pit of size 60 x 60 x 60cm internal size with MS sheet 3mm thick and angle iron frame of size 40x40x6mm duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including locking arrangement, lifting handle and including excavation / earth work, PCC in foundation, brick work, plaster including demolition of existing pit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Construction of brick masonary pit of size 90 x 90 x 90 cm internal size with MS sheet 3mm thick and angle iron frame of size 40x40x6mm duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including locking arrangement, lifting handle and including excavation / earth work, PCC in foundation, brick work, plaster including demolition of existing pit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling and taking out old flanged and drilled pipe line complete with all fittings and flanged joints,200mm and 150mm dia, including necessary excavation ,returning and filling etc complete, removing unserviceable from site and transporting out of site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing hot finished seamless carbon steel pipe not less than YST-240, grade B as per ASTM A 106, Sch 40, nominal size NPS-150 mm, outer dia 168.30 mm, with nominal wall thickness 7.1 mm and weight 28.22 Kg/ Rm, including short pieces as required at site, laid in trenches/over RCC pillars/across or under bridges/along hill side (up or down)/culverts/inside valve pits complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE:- (i) Excavation Earth work, PCC, seamless pipe fittings, MS flanges & flanged joints shall measured and paid for separatly under relevant items. (ii) Work will be carried out in piecemeal loacations experienced based on break downs and weaker sections of existing rising main as per site requirement and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (iii) Any other expenses including permision from state authorities are included under this item.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing bends, suitable length, radius as specified and as per site requirement, made of hot finished seamless carbon steel pipe not less than YST-240, grade B as per ASTM A 106, Sch 40, nominal size NPS-150 mm, outer dia 168.30 mm, with nominal wall thickness 7.1 mm and weight 28.2 Kg/ Rm, including short pieces with flanged ends duly fabricated as required at site, laid in trenches/over RCC pillars/across or under bridges/along hill side (up or down)/culverts /inside valve pits complete all as specified snd directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE:- As per item No-17.00

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing of Tees, suitable length and as per site requirement, made of hot finished seamless carbon steel pipe not less than YST-240, grade B as per ASTM A 106, Sch 40, nominal size NPS-150 mm, outer dia 168.30 mm, with nominal wall thickness 7.1 mm and weight 28.2 Kg/ Rm, including short pieces with flanged ends duly fabricated as required at site, laid in trenches/over RCC pillars/across or under bridges/along hill side (up or down)/culverts/inside valve pits complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE:- As per item No- 17.00.

Supply and fixing heavy duty MS flange of nominal size DN-150, duly painted with two coats of black japan paint, for NPS-150 mm nominal size pipes, 36 mm thick, 345 mm outer dia, having 8 nos hole of size 33 mm drilled for M30 size bolts for jointing with existing pipes,duly welded with pipes/tees/bends properly to both the plain ends complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Flanged joint for 150mm nominal size pipes comprising of one 3.0 mm steel reinforced compressed asbestos fibre gasket and 8 nos nuts, bolts of size M30 and 125 mm length and 2 nos washers 3 mm thick for each bolt to joint pipes/fittings/bends etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Cutting Seamless carbon steel pipe/ GI pipes in position and reducing to required length for insertion of new tees,branches, Mechanical Joints etc, all as directed. Size of pipe 80/100/150mm bore.

M & L for MS Special fitting of IS 1239 and thickness not less than 7mm fittings any type spigot and socket ends or flanged pipe as required at site (such as bend, taper, Tee, flange, socket etc) Socket end/ flanged as ordered of any size from 80mm to 450mm as required at site. (i) The weight of the fittings shall be measured and paid as given in relevant IS or actually provided which ever is less. (i) The weight of the fittings shall be measured and paid as given in relevant IS or actually provided which ever is less. (ii) All fittings shall bear relevant IS stamping marking. (iii) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) Cost of the joints and jointing materials shall be deemed to be included in the relevant items of DI pipes here-in-before.

Taking down unserviceable sluice valve from existing position and supply and fixing Gear operated D.I. Sluice valve of 150mm dia bore, D.I. resilient (soft) seated gate valve with pocket less body, SS Stem (AISI 410), EPDM coated DI wedge 100% vaccum tight design with toroidal sealing rings & over 250 micron epoxy coating in PN 16 designed to BS:5163/IS: 14846 Non-Rising stem type with gear wheel operation with including necessary arc/gas welding with flange as per existing pipe line , tail pics of MS Pipe as per site requirement not less than 350mm length, dia of tail peace as per existing pipe ,stainless steel spindle of suitable length including suitable size nuts, bolts, washer and rubber gasket all as required and directed at site.

All as per item No 24.00 above but of size of Gear operated D.I. Sluice valve 80 mm -- ditto --.

Providing services for collection of Drinking Water sample from various point periodically or as and when directed by following standerd procedure of sample collection, taking sample safely to Govt Approved Lab to carried out Water Testing for Chemical & Biological Analysis and submit the report within stipulated time period all as direcred.

Supplying, fixing and testing of high pressure, heavy duty ball type cast steel Non return valve/ check valve, nominal size DN-150 mm, PN 10, conforming to BS 1868, Class 600, suitable to hydrostatic test pressure for body 156 kg/sq cm & for seat 115 kg/sq cm, both ends flanged in existing line, after removal of old unserviceable non return valve without damaging to existing pipe line complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Suitable size MS flanges for existing pipe line, Joints and jointing materials shall be included under this item.

M & L for Two coats of synthetic enameled paint (tint of paint as directed) over one coat of red oxide primer on surfaces over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of new surfaces on mild steel pipe including fittings, Gate valve and NRV etc complete pumpsets upto tanks and complete pipe lines inside distribution tank area to delivery gate valve in pit chamber and writing names/letters using white paint complete as directed at different locations of water supply installation at kasauli complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No 29.00 above but at different locations of water supply distribution tanks as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of defective/unsv 150 mm nominal size pipe line and taking out from trenches with necessary excavation work and carrying out the repair work at site or local work shop for welding work to repair defective portion of pipe line and providing leak proof jointing material to leaked/pierced portion and took back after repair to work site complete and relaying of repaired pipe line 150mm bore in trenches and jointing the same in trenches complete with new gasket, nut bolts and other jointing material including testing/commissioning the pipe line on full pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE :- (i) MS flanges & flanged joints shall measured and paid for separatly under relevant items.(ii) Work will be carried out at various locations experienced based on break downs and weaker sections of existing rising main as per site requirement and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of defective/unsv 100 mm nominal size pipe line and taking out from trenches with necessary excavation work and carrying out the reapir work at site or local wk shop for welding work to repair defective portion of pipe line and providing leak proof jointing material to leaked/pierced portion and took back after repair to work site complete and relaying of repaired pipe line 100mm bore in trenches and jointing the same in trenches complete with new gasket, nut bolts and other jointing material including testing/commissioning the pipe line on full pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE :- (i) MS flanges & flanged joints shall measured and paid for separatly under relevant items. (ii) Work will be carried out in piecemeal loacations experienced based on break downs and weaker sections of existing rising main as per site requirement and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for anchorage blocks for pipe line/making good the cut portion of roads/paths/hard standings etc including necessary from work where required , to support the pipe line complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates ( Fe 410 -W grade E-250 quality A).

M & L for Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment ( Fe 410 -W grade E-250 quality A).

M & L for Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Material & Labour for providing calcium based high strength chlorinator (Calcium Hypochloride) for water disinfectant as granular form in factory sealed HDPE container (45 / 50 kg per container) having, chlorine concentration level not less than 65% and adding/mixing as per direction of Engr-in-Charge/SHO to maintain water quality as Per IS 10500:2012, all as specified and as directed.

M & L for removing existing sludge from reservoir & depositing the sludge upto 100 m distance & cleaning , scrapping down deposit from floor & wall , washing the walls/floor with bleaching powder in the reservoir of following capacity, including writing work with synthetic enamel paint on the wall (capacity , date of cleaning, date of next cleaning , location etc.) complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, creepers, undergrowth, and roots, cleaning the area and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 metres outside the periphery at spring and various locations all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Amount of credit of Rs. 168720.00 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
