Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light fan socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling rose, pendants, regulators, sockets and removing retrieved materials and making good the disturbed surface, complete all as specified and directed

Taking down existing light fittings of any description from wall/ ceiling including keeping in safe custody by making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down ceiling/wall mounted fan/Air circulators, sealing cable end, dismantaling blades, and removing fan including painting and refix the same including connecting up and provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Exhaust fan, sealing cable end, dismantaling blades, and removing fan including painting and refix the same including connecting up and provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan, complete all as specified and directed.

Point wiring with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade with copper conductor drawn in and incl heavy grade PVC casing caping ISI marked including provision of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper cable FRLS as earth continuity conductor branded PVC moulded modular gang box fixed on wall surface with Modular suitable plate with cover and suitable screws for housing switches socket outlets fan regulators etc., complete all as specified and directed.
