Dismantling carefully the existing unserviceable LT / HT Overhead line ACSR conductor of any size from its position by necessary disconnecting of conductor and removing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of existing unserviceable LT pole of any size & type ( RCC / MS) from its position carefully and removing from the site and necessary excavation and earth work in any soil / strata, demoltion of concrete, disconnection of conductor fom pole etc. complete all as directed.

Supply , laying and testing XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty ) with aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade lay in trenches , ducts , along pole, along transformer cross sectional area 3 core 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for high density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf / cm2 laid in trenches of size 90 mm suitable for cable protection of size upto 95 sqmm to 150 sqmm HT / LT cable complete all as specified and directed.

EXCAVATION BY TENCHLESS TECH - Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia. Suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure.

Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide for laying of cable, RCC poles / stays and struts etc. and getting out including trimming sides and forming bottom surface complete all as specified and directed at site.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested, poles, stays , struts have been erected and tested , all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil (Soft / hard soil) obtained from excavation to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install erect in trench vertical position steel tubular seweaged welded poles complete with MS base plate of 6mm thick of size 450 mm x 450 mm finial taper plug pole cap, bolts, nut and screwed, pole made out of ERW MS tubing confirming to IS 2713 Part II of 11 mtr long 410 SP-22 including drilling of holes of required size and nos for fixing of cross arms bracing support / taking out of cables etc, and painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of aluminium paint for exposed surface and two coat of black bituminious paint for the portion embeded in concerete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode size 600 x 600 x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground levels with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode connected to and including galvanized earth lead 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized including GI protection pipe light grade 15 mm dia connected to main earth wire on pole or control board and GI pipe light grade 20 mm dia bore for watering funnel with wire mesh. CI cover with frame, PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 excavation and earth work all as shown in electrical plate No 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion

Dismantling of unserviceable existing cross arms by means made from channels, angles, unserviceable FI clamps, nuts, bolts etc. from OH line and removing complete.

M& L for lightening arrester NON LINEAR TYPE complete with all fittings distribution class discharge capacity 65 kilo Amp, current rating 5 kA suitable for 11000 Volt complete with all fittings.

M & L for drop out fuse assembly for 11 KV, 3 Phase of 100 Amp capacity each pole, consisting of galvanized steel base paper fuse carrying brackets, mounting channel, separating rod complete all as specified including labour for taking down old unserviceable DO unit & removing form all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for cable route indicator 100 mm dia, for HT round shaped 10 mm thick with marking of 1.1 KV, HT welded bolted on angle iron 25 x 25 x 5 mm of 60 cm long including PCC in 1:3:6 type C2 of size 15 x 15 x 15 cm embedded in ground including necessary excavation earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix bib tap, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed to bore of pipe 15 mm dia all as specified and directed.

M&L for Point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 2.5 sqmm for one light point controlled by one switch, with PVC unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 2.5 sqmm stranded for earth continuity wire to be drawn in and including PVC medium grade surface casing capping not less than 20 mm width with MS sheet metal sunken switch / terminal box 1.2 mm thick and ebonite switch board cover 3.0 mm thick or PVC moulded switch board and brass screws with cup washers including all necessary wall cutting and making good disturbed surface all as directed and specified. Note : Cutting, chases and making good to match with the adjoining surface shall be included in the unit rate.

S&F Sheet metal enclosure with socket plug top and MCBs single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 240V 25 Amps all as specified and directed.
