Restoration work of Internal Road, Drain and Sewer connection work of Sec- 6C (K) at Vrindavan Yojna no-1 Lucknow

Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 50 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3, MORD-302 (3.5) II

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with lead upto 50 metres.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete in all respect and as per relevant clause of MORT & H section,-401.

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layer in sub-base course on well prepared surface and compaction with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density (MORT&H) SPECIFICATION N0 406

Providing and applying prime coat with 60/70bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granuler base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means.including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required to proper completion of the work as per Morth clause 502.

Providing and laying Dense graded bituminous macadam (40mm thick) with hot mix 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average out put of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @4.0 to 4.50% weight of total mix and filler, trnsporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor controller to required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achived the desired compaction complete in all respects and as per relevent clauses of MORT & H section -507.

Providing & applying tack coat with VG 10 bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg/ sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechnical broom.including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required to proper completion of the work as per Morth clause 503.

Providing and laying semi-dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing as average output of 100-120 tones per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of VG30 @ 5.0% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix the one site laying with hydrostatic or finisheer with sensor control to the required grade, level alignment, rolling with a smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandom roller to achive the desire specification as per MORT&H specification clause 508. complete in all respect. (MORT&H Specification No. 508).

Supply of 80mm thick Precast cement concerete Interlocking paver blocks with top layer of minimum 8 mm thickness having plan dimension 200x(160+120mm) of O.P. Cement smooth high gloss finish, skid resistant: manufactured from rubber moulds through vibro- compression mechanism. The compressive strength of concrete paver block shall not be less than 30Mpa (M-30) confirming to IS: 15658-2006 including cost of material, labour, T & P etc required for proper completion of the work including 50mm thick local sand bed as directed by Engineer-in- charge.As per direction by E/I

Providing and laying of cement concrete in 1:1.5:3 (1 cement 1.5 C.sand 3 20mm stone grit) including supply of all materials labour T&P etc.complete with form work as per direction by E/I.,
