M&L for powder coated aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling, with aluminium angle 25mmx25mmx1.5mm fixed to perimeter of wall, Main 'T' runner 38mmx25mmx1.5mm and secondary/cross 'T' runner 25mmx25mmx1.5mm to be interlocked in such a way that the size of grid shall be 605mmx 605mm including 6mm dia GI hangers (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3mm, 60mm long and expansion hold fastners 12.5mm dia, 40mm long complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The thickness of the powder coating shall not be less than 0.5 micron & the tint shall be as decided by GE.

S&F 4 mm thick Non Asbestos (E-board) designer tiles (Electra) suitably fixed in false ceiling grid /frame with staples or screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of PCC/Padding concrete of any type

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (12.5mm graded agg) as in roof kerbs coving over chajjas and similar locations rounded or chamfered on edges.

Dismantling of existing water proofing treatment treatment consisting of cement mortar, concrete tarfelt and foreign materials etc incl cleaning the surface and removal of dismantled materials outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) as in roof using water proofing compound including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab all as specified below and as directed:- (a) Apply one coat of bituminous primer @ 0.25 Kg/Sqm. (b) Apply a coat of blown type bitumen grade 85/25 heated to working temperature of 180 degree centigrade and applied at 1.20 Kg/Sqm of the surface area. (c) Laying APP polymer modified membrane 4mm thick with non woven polyster reniforcement weighing not less than 4.00 Kg/Sqm applied by torch application method. (d) Apply a coat of blown type bitumen grade 85/25 heated to working temperature of 180 degree centigrade and applied at 1.20 Kg/Sqm of the surface area. (e) Apply a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm.

Supply integral water proofing compound.

M&L for cutting ,grooves or rebates n.exc 15cm girth and triming surface for inserting pre-painted galvatume sheet with or without reinforcement.
