Repair to pot holes any depth, not exceeding 1 Sqm each incl sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in road, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with paving bitumen at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm and putting in bituminous semi asphaltic dense concrete (30mm consolidated thickness) with 5.5 % binder of paving bitumen Gde VG-30 by weight of total mix well rammed with mechanical road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity and incl supply of asphaltic concrete depth of pot holes n.exc 30mm all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire burshes for removing caked mud etc sweepin g with brooms and finally fanning the cleanded surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen @ 5 kg/10 sqm all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Bituminous Premixed Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete, 30 mm consolidated thickness, using paving bitumen of Grade VG - 30, with 5.5% of binder content by weight of total mix using Hot Mix Plant and laid with Mechanical Paver, rolled and compacted with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Mixing of bituminous concrete shall be in Hot Mix Plant.(ii) Semi dense asphaltic bituminous concrete shall be designed considering the bituminous content all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Road Marking Strips, Lines, Dashes, Arrows, Letters etc of 2.5 mm thick [Reflective Type] of colour White or Golden Yellow on roads, pavements and the like not exc 10cm wide including glass beads 8 kg/sqm with Hot Thermoplast material by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine, fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heaters and profile shoe heater, driven by skilled operator on road surface including cleaning the road surface of all dirt, scales, oil grease and foreign materials etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic lastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc complete. all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs convex saftey mirror 32 inches /80cm polycorbonated traffic mirror un breakble round wide -angle driveway mirror ,with adjustable brackets & nuts/ bolts for installation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing in repair retro reflective Cautionary /warning sign boards of equilateral triangular /circle /rectangle /square shape having each side of 900 mm with support length of 3650 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours).Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing , all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Undirectional reflective pavement marker (RPM) or Cats eye (road stud), white/red colour, high intensity ABS Plastic road stud moulded from ASA (Acrylic styrene Acrylonitrate) or (HIPS) High impact polysterene of size varying from 100x100x20mm to 110 x 90x17mm and colour of body amber, red or white, two way reflective 180 degree and fixing of stud with approved high intensity thermoplast adhesive bond & nailing the same on specified section of the road with MS anodised pin of standard pattern of manufacturers 8 x 37 mm long including cutting making holes on road for proper fixing of the same complete all as specified and as directed. Make : 3M (290 series)/Dark eye. Notes: (i) The RPM or road studs shall be tested in accordance with ASTM D 4280. (ii) The road studs shall conform to the Technical speciofications of NHAI (clause No A-8) all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs Metal Beam Crash Barrier-- Type-A,W : Metal Beam Crash Barrier (Providing and eracting a W 'metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150x75x5mm spaced 2m centre to centre, 1.8m hight 1.1m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS 1367 and IS: 1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150x75x5mm , 330mm long complete as per clause 810 of MORTH Latest edition all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in any description in ground floors all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L cement concrete 1;4:8 type D2 (40mm aggregate) 75 mm thick as in sub base course all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 50 mm crush sand/ stone dust cushioning under interlocking in floors including watering and consolidation all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape & size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 with grey cement and pigment grade all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .

M&L for filleting in any position and to any shape in cement mortar 1:4 including all meters, stops etc section of fillet exc 25 but n.exc 50 Sqcm all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
