PART - A : GENERAL SERVICES

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Providing manual assistance for attending petty day-to-day maintenance services related to Plumbing / Carpentary/ Masonary as & when required i/c all required T&P and scaffolding etc. (Note: Minimum time shall be reckoned as half day even if the time required for doing the job is less than half a day.

Removing blockage of floor trap, WC trap, RW pipe and sanitary pipes etc.including cleaning of pipes/ traps and disposal of garbage found to the nearest sewage dump etc complete. (Note: Rate includes the cost of necessary t&p, bamboo, rubber choke, etc.)

Cleaning of silt, saplings, fungi, dust from the roof top PVC/ RCC water tanks i/c its disposal outside compound, washing tanks with lime water and treating with potassium permanganate or bleaching powder etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of all roof top i/c mumty of staircase, khurra under side of water tank etc. by removing silt, algae etc. and disposal of mulba to an authorised municipal dump outside Teelcom compound as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

White washing with lime to give an even shade :

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic washable distemper (ready made) having VOC content less than 50 gm per ltr. of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete as per manufacturer's specification.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :

Raking out joints in lime or cement mortar and preparing the surface for re-pointing or replastering including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

PART-E: CREDIT TO WORK

Credit to work the old unserviceable Brass/CP Brass Bib Cock, Stop cock, Pillar Cock Gate Valve and other fittings etc.

Credit to work old damaged PVC. sanitary/water supply fittings.
