All as per item No. 28 but rubber insulated mat of size 2.5 mm thick for voltage upto 11 kv (size 2x1m) complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx 60cmx 6.3mm burried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to GI strip of size 32x6mm (upto 7.5m long) by means of GI nuts, bolts and washers and 50 mm dia GI pipe light grade for protection of earth lead and 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade (upto 7.5m long) for watering arrangement and GI funnel all as specified and shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part I including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, charcoal, dust salt, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 in chamber, 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 in cover slab with 8mm dia TMT bars at 100mm C/C both ways and with 8mm dia MS hook complete and testing all as specified and directed.

BUS BAR CHAMBER :- (a) 200 Amp 3 Strips & Neutral Strip 100 Amp, Aluminium conductor, with color coded heat shrinkable sleave and shall be mounted on non hygroscopic, non combustible, track resistant, high strength DMC material, interconnection of all incomings & outgoings.

INSTRUMENT CHAMBER :- (i) Digital Multifunction Meter- 01 Set. (ii) Red,Yellow,Green Phase indicating Lights LED type 220V AC- 1 Set. (Set of three). (iii) Protection MCB 6 A SP C Series- 1 Set. (Set of three). Make of Metering Accessories :-L&T/ AE/ Trinity/ Schneider.

Tracing out fault in 11KV underground cable any size with the help of fault tracing machine and rectifying the same with joints as specified and directed to restore the supply complete all as specified. Note: (i). Joint kit shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Earth work shall be measured and paid separately. However, width of trenches shall be allowed for payment as per authorized width given in SSR for each size of cable. (iii) All other necessary arrangements suitable for locating the faults deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (iv) T&P required for the entire job shall be provided by the contractor at his own end and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (v) Cable required, if any shall be measured and paid for separately. (vi) Fault & location thereof shall be traced within 12 hours of intimation by the Engineer-in-Charge and shall be rectified within given time frame
