Short Term Maintenance contract (STMC) work from Km 64(P) to Km 69(P) and Ch. 98.000 to 123.000 of NH-333A for the year 2025-26

Clearing and Grubbing road land Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, sapling and tress girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of tree cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of sericeable material to be used of auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness.

Clearing slab/Box type culverts and pipe culverts including clearing and cleaning and reshaping of upstream and down stream faces of these culverts within ROW. The job includes disposal of excess material recovered from site including vegetation outside ROW with all leads and lifts complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in charge and as per amintenance standards clause 3.1 fregquency of cleaning will be one time in a year i.e. before start of For Slab/Box type culvert

Repair of all type of damaged stone/brick manonry work in superstructure and substructure of bridges/CD works including dismantling of damaged portion and reconstructing to match with existing patterm without causing any damage to the structure in cement work complete in all respects including testing etc. as directed by the Engineer conforming to MoRTH Specifications clause no. 1000, 1300 and 1400. The rate quoted should be after due consideration of the slavage value of the dismantled material. Brick work (1:3)

Maintenance of Earthen Shoulder (filling with fresh soil) Making up loss of material/ irregularities on shoulder to the design level by adding fresh approved soil and compacting it with appropriate equipment.

Retro-Reflectorise Traffic signs Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of class-C Type IX retro reflective sheeting fixed over 2mm thick aluminium sheeting vide clause 801.3, 3/4mm thick Aluminium composite material sheet depending on the size of the sign fixed over back support frame of min 25 x 25 x 3 mm Angle mounted on a mild steel circular pipe 65 NB, 3.2 mm thickness firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing (ii) 90 cm equilateral triangle

Kilometre Stone Reinforced cement concrete M15grade kilometre stone of standard design as per IRC:8-1980, fixing in position including painting and printing etc (i) 5th kilometre stone (precast)

Supplying and installation of delineators (road way indicators, hazard markers, object markers), 80-100 cm high above ground level, painted black and white in 15 cm wide strips, fitted with 80 x 100 mm rectangular or 75 mm dia circular reflectorised panels at the top, buried or pressed into the ground and conforming toIRC-79 and the drawings.

Construction of precast RCC railing of M30 Grade, aggregate size not exceeding 12 mm, true to line and grade, tolerance of vertical RCC post not to exceed 1 in 500, centre to centre spacing between vertical post not to exceed 2000 mm, leaving adequate space between vertical post for expansion, complete as per approved drawings and technical specifications.

Painting Two Coats on New Concrete Surfaces (Painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered concrete surfaces)

Filling Pot-holes and Patch Repairs with Bituminous concrete, 40mm. Removal of all failed material, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface, painting of tack coat on the sides and base of excavation as per clause 503, back filling the pot holes with hot bituminous material as per clause 504, compacting, trimming and finishing the surface to form a smooth continuous surface, all as per clause 3004.2 Grading - I Material Ch. 98.00 to 100.535 Ch. 100.535 to 101.490 Ch. 101.490 to 123.000

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @4.5 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause no. 505 complete in all respect

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @5.4 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment , rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause no. 507 complete in all respect

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Maintenance of Earth Shoulder (stripping excess soil) Stripping excess soil from the shoulder surface to achieve the approved level and compacting with plate compactor

Removal of unserviceable soil including excavation,loading and disposal upto 1000 metres lead but excluding replacement by suitable soil which shall be paid separately as per clause 305

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.
