Dismantling of plain or corrugated sheeting complete all as specified.

S & F 0.63mm thick galvanished corrugated mild steel sheeting class -V with two corrugation side lap fixed with with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 in roof, walls etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre- painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering, fixed with seif tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.45mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering, fixed with seif tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Roof trusses (framed) trssed, purlin, crane gantries, rail and fastenings and heavey brackets framing (Beam, tee, angle, channels of flat sections) including distance pieces, cleates etc confirming to Fe 410W(Gde E-250 quality A) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Framed work such as grills framed guard bars etc confiring to Ge 290 , 10 mm sq bar for guard bars complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 1mm thick mild steel sheet eaves gutters of 125mm dia, galvanised class 3, half round with rounded edges complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall & celling boards (fiber pulp insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness, including cover fillets.

S & F 4mm thick ply wood 3 nos of ply grade BWR, type BB fixed with nails to timber frame complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 6mm thick ply wood 5 nos of ply grade BWR, type BB fixed with nails to timber frame complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 605 X605 mm GI frame work for for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to sorrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre /intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from suffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with GI cleats and steel expansion fastner with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length)of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10 .5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clieats across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC 10 mm thick insulation panels with EPS stuck to 1mm plain PVC sheet suitably placed in false ceiling/wall grid made of aluminium /G.I/M.S as per specification and drawing.

S & F 2nd class hard wood plain fillets sectional area exc 6 but n.exc 13 sqcm square , rectangular or triangular in section screwed with nails or brad.

M&L preparation of newly wooden surfaces of any description n.exc 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of first quality over one coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of timber in scantling 40 sqcm and over in section in any position in unframed work.

M & L Second class clean sawn hard-wood in scantlings complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 18 here in before but in except timber.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement morter bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store & rubbish of the premises.

M&L non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ Rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match over and incl 15mm thick screed bed in cm (1:6) in flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M & L glazed ceramic tiles 300 x 200 x 7 mm thick, in vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and incl 10mm thick screed bed in cm (1:4) in dados/skirting complete all as specified and directed.

M & L non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ Rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match over and incl 15mm thick screed bed in cm (1:6) in flooring complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 23 here in before but on vertical surfaces over and including 10 mm thk screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/Rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match over and incl 15mm thick screed bed in cm (1:6) in flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Granite (of any type) work 18-20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in including and over 20mm thick screed bed CM (1:6) and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admisture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete(Unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level).

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 75 mm thick as in sub base to floors complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 40 mm thick Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified.

M & L 38mm wide glass dividing strips 3mm thick as in floors.

M & L 75mm thick PCC type C-2 (1:3:6) (40mm graded stone aggt) in plinth protection , path/steps etc complete all as specified and directed.

Note: In case doubling/duplicancy of BOQ items , the lowest quoted rate shall be applicable for payment.
