Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundation, / laying of pipe / cable etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft loose soil complete.

Returning, filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layer n.exc 25 cm thick using excavated soil all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point.

Supply, & fix in repair / replacement cast iron sluice valve of size 100 mm size 'ISI marked' both ends flanged and drilled cast iron body, class PN-1.6 conforming to IS-14846 / 2000 complete with Stainless steel spindle, fixed in any position with and including necessary nut bolts, rubber packing etc with all fittings, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 4 above but sluice valve of size 150 mm.

Deployment of manpower, tools & machinery for Drilling / boaring (horizontally) in any type of strata for laying of pipe line 150 mm -250 mm bore, by penumatic tool or horizontal boaring / drilling machine under the existing road (max.10 mtr. In width) suitable for passing GI / CI / DI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing & Cleaning away all grass vegetation, sapling ,shrubs, brush wood , udergrowth, roots and trees not exceeding 30 cm girt ( measured one meter above ground level) and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 mtr outsidem theriphery of the area under clearnece except in the case of surface dressing which incldues for all the foregoing except clearing away of trees complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Mechanical joints for 100 mm bore spigot and socket ends DI / CI pipe / fittings / water mains for new / old pipe lines and fittings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 50 mm bore, HDPE Double Wall Corrugated Pipe in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches for complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and laboure for construction of valve chamber of size 1050 x 1050 x 1050 mm deep (Over all internal dimension) for sluice valve etc. including demolition of old chamber all as specified below:- Valve chamber shall be provided with the following specifications:- (i) Cement concrete for foundation (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate 100 mm thick, extended up to 100 mm beyond the outer face of brick masonry. (ii) Walls of valve chamber shall be 230 mm thick with Fly ash brick designation 100 Kg / Sqcm, built in cement mortar 1:6, using bricks of size 230 mm x 115 mm x 75 mm confirming to IS 12894,

(iii) Internal and exposed surfaces of valve chamber both concrete and masonry surface shall be plastered with CM (1:4), 15 mm thick finished even and smooth. (iv) 50 mm thick coping in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 over brick masonry wall. (v) Entire plastered surfaces shall be treated with 3 coat of white wash. (vi) Chamber cover shall be of 3 mm thick Mild steel sheet with 40 x 40 x 5 mm size angle iron frame with hold fast, lifting handle and locking arrangement including 65 mm size pad lock with trilipicate key. steel surface shall be painted with two coats of synthetic paint of first quality over one coat of red oxide primer.

M&L for cleaning of HDPE water tank of capacity upto 1000 ltrs cleaning and removing all scales and dirt silt etc from water tank, and from mouths of circulating pipes, removing lid without disturbing pipe line system and float valve and making functional after cleaning and writing letter “date of clearance, Date, month and year“ with black / white base painting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of Cast iron Dead plate (flanged type) for 100 mm bore flanged ends CI / DI water pipe line including nut bolt and rubber packing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Cast iron Dead plate (flanged type) for 150 mm bore flanged ends CI / DI water pipe line including nut bolt and rubber packing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Cast iron Dead plate (flanged type) for 200 mm bore flanged ends CI / DI water pipe line including nut bolt and rubber packing complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only removal of air lock from GI pipe 15 / 20 / 25 mm bore by removing flot valve and priming with fresh water and reconnecting all connections complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing of leakage of sluice valve of 80 mm to 150 mm dia, by taking out sluice valve, supply and fix new packing with nut bolts of required size and refixing the same sluice valve in position to make it leak proof all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing of leakage of sluice valve of 250 mm to 350 mm dia, by taking out sluice valve, supply and fix new packing with nut bolts of required size and refixing the same sluice valve in position to make it leak proof all as specified and directed.

M&L for filling of gland packing to sluice valve of any size including removing of old gland packing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bar, shouldered and /or riveted or forged into spikes framed guard bars barred iron doors, ladders, frame work of water tanks and similar work hung as gates including pintle hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolts confirming to FE 290 Gde Fe 165 foundation, filling and mass concrete etc including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fix in repair cast iron 150 mm size swing check type reflux (non-return) valves of pressure rating PN-1.6, both end flanged, ISI marked complete with, nut, bolt, washer, rubber packing etc., confirming to IS-5312 complete, all as specified.
