Dismantling of old ceilling boards any thickness including cover fillets, snap grid frame work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L providing and fixing calcium slicate board 10mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacture's instructions and S&F powder coated aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling size of grid 605 x 605mm with 6mm dia GI adjusting rod upto 600mm length fixed to purlin/rafters by means of ceiling cleats/ fastners with GI flat 40 x 3mm size 60mm long complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour only for providing and fixing gypsum board / calcium slicate board of any thickness in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacture's instructions and Fixing only powder coated aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling size of grid 605 x 605 mm with 6mm dia GI adjusting rod upto 600mm length fixed to purlin/ rafters by means of ceiling cleats/ fastners with GI flat 40 x 3mm size 60mm long complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The gypsum board / calcium slicate board and aluminium snap grid frame work obtained from dismantling vide item No. 1 shall be reused.

Dismantling of Mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

PCC 1:3:6 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in mass concrete and foundation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S 1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of plain / Corrugated steel sheet any gauge any thickness complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering in CM 1:4, 15 mm thick in fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with out using extra cement including mixing WPC as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Water Proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Rendering in CM 1:6, 10 mm thick finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement based paints over a coat of primer complete all as specified all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F powder coated glazed aluminium partition with aluminium sections weighing 0.55 Kg/M including necessary joining cleats glaizing clips, rubber neoprene packing handles etc including 5.5 mm thick tinted glass and prelaminated particle board 12 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

S&F sheet glass 4mm thick ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sq.m in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Alumnium powder coated louvers (movable arrangement in pair) for ventilators including locking arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Polycarbonate sheet 5.0 mm thick as in north light glazing in workinshop building in squares exc 1.00 sqm but not exc 1.5 sqm and glazing with oil putty complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: The work to be carried out at the height of 10 meter to 15 meter.
