Up-gradation of 300 ampere rating damaged LT control panel to 400 ampere rating LT control panel alongwith allied works of unit no. 2 installed at pumping station Salmay stage-2nd (old). The job involves dismantling of all the incoming and outgoing power cables from the panel and then shifting to workshop. The job involves repair to damaged solid state fault analyzer cum controller (CB4SA) unit. Up-gradation of auto starter assembly of 300 ampere rating has to be carried out by extraction of worn-out power contactor MNX 300 ampere-2nos. from the starter assembly and providing and fitting of new power contactors of 400 ampere-2nos. of L&T / reputed make. Providing and fitting of Digital voltmeter and amperemeter-1no. each. Replacement of internal control wiring shifting back to site making connections and testing of the equipment without load and thereafter testing on full load. Job includes cost of material, skilled labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles, Rebate, if any, should be quoted separately.
