Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre/,pulp insulation board/Slab/braket etc), any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F interlocking aluminium alloy anodised snap grid frame work for ceiling consists of main Tee runners of size 38mm x25mm x1.5mm spaced 1200mm centre to centre and cross Tee of size 25mmx25mmx 1.5mm, 1200mm long spaced between the main Tee at 600mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200mmx600mm and provide a secondary cross tee 25mm x1.4mm ( of length 600mm) to be interlocked of the centre of 1200mmx600mm panel to form a grid of 605mmx605mm and wall angle 25mmx25mmx 2mm. Aluminium alloy extruded section shall be aluminium anodised (minimum 15 micron ) and shall conform to IS 733, IS 1285 and IS 737. including Hangers of GI wire 6mm dia to be fixed by approved rawl plug, level and justers and screws etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10-12 mm thick Gypsum board/tiles for insulation and accoustic purposes, 60cmx60cm in size , fixed on snap grid in ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L False ceiling at a height of 2.4 meter to 3.50 meter from floor fixing 10-12mm thick Gypsum board sheets on frame work of GI sheet section. The main runners of 22 gauge GI sheet and cross runners of 24 gauge GI sheet must be framed to form a mesh of 60cmx60cm c/c. The gypsum board shall be fixed to the GI frame and joint shall be properly filled in with POP paste and paper tape to get a levelled smooth ceiling including recessing of the gypsum board for light fixtures shall be done along with extra frame work of GI sheet section to hold the concealed light fixtures etc. with and including applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint over a thin layer of wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for 9mm thick Plywood, grade BWP,type BB fixed with screws to timber frame work in ceiling,flat or sloping.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connection 15mm dia bore including cleaning for refixing or removal to store all as specified and directed.

Taking down steel tubing and connection for 20mm bore including cleaning for refixing or removal to store all as specified and directed.

Taking down steel tubing and connection for 25mm bore including cleaning for refixing or removal to store all as specified and directed.

S&F for Galvanised iron pipe of 15mm dia,medium grade,laid in floors/fixed to wall with all fittings such as socket,bends,elbow,union etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only 15mm dia medium grade Galvanised iron tubing with all fittings and fixed to wall,ceiling or laid in floors etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:-Serviceable pipes as obtained from Sl no.6 above shall be re-used.

Fixing only 20mm dia medium grade Galvanised iron tubing with all fittings and fixed to wall,ceiling or laid in floors etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:-Serviceable pipes as obtained from Sl no.07 above shall be re-used.

Fixing only 25mm dia medium grade Galvanised iron tubing with all fittings and fixed to wall,ceiling or laid in floors etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:-Serviceable pipes as obtained from Sl no.08 above shall be re-used.

Cutting chases, pinning & making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth in stone/ concrete block walls complete.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cm bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles in store rubbish of the premises complete

M&L for Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding .11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete.

M&L for vitrified double charge ceramic tiles 10 mm thick light shade, (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified.

M&L for UPVC valley Gutter/Rain water Gutter,weather proof,scratch resistant minimum depth of gutter 200mm,including GI clamp for fitting center joint at two lengths joints,End cap,Corner drop,Center drop at required location and as per direction.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, as in surface channel, drains, manholes, copings, ground floors and pavings of any description and in any position and removing debris out side MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate laid in panels surface finish even and smooth without using extra cement as in plinth protection providing necessary joints complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling battens for tiles singles etc of any size including tiling fillets spaced exc 15 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F second class hard wood clean sawn battens at 30 cm centre to centre and sectional area exceeding 15 sqcm and not exceeding 25 sqcm complete all as specified and as directed.

As per item No 45 but except battens. NOTE:-Serviceable battens as obtained from Sl item No. 44 above shall be re-used.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated/galvalume steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified,inlcuding providing end crimp at required location as directed by Engineer-in-charge,at eaves level shape of crimp match to sheet profile complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:-The quoted rate shall include provision of end flashing/crimp and no extra payment with regard to this provision will be made to the contractor.

S& F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge, roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F rolled mild steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates confirming to Fe-410 W(Gde E-250) quality B complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber framed work scantlings 40 sq.cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and as directed.
