Material and labour for taking down for servicing of split type AC 1.5/2 TR Capacity including cleaning/washing of cocling coil air Each job filters/plasma filters etc of Indoor unit & condenser, compressors, fan motor etc of Out door unit with vacuum cleaner OR cleaning solution Including checking the servicibility of electrical/electronic circuits relays, wiring kit, thermostat switches knobs, remote control unit, fan. blower, etc and changing connections from heating mode to cooling mode or vice-versa and keeping the AC unit in satisfactory working condition complete all as specified and as directed. Repair&servicing of 12V, 180AH Battery including replacement of any part to make it serviceable Any Make battery complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of battery charging unit including rectifier unit , voltage regulator,two Nos clamp,,nuts, bolts and suitable length of stranded copper conductor PVC cable 2.5 sq mm 3 run from power point to battery charger and 2 run fro battery charger to battery etc suitable for 12 volt battery charging unit complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out and replacement of unservicable/blocked residential silencers of existing make suitable for 100 to 200 KVA and cutting welding and fixing of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour for attending of any breakdown of standby supply in any location ,whenever required round the clock ,rectify the fault and restore the standby supply within three hour after receipt of complaint of any nature i.e. Engine, alternator,control panel,AMF panel etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note -(i) The cost of replaced spare parts will be paid and measured seperatly. (ii) If complaint is not attended by contractor with in three hour the penality of Rs 500 / per hour to be imposed and amount of penality will be deducted from RAR. (iii) The cost of transportation (to and fro) for all kind of necessary equipment / T&P shall be arranged/brought by contractor to complete the job at site or at E/M yard and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor to this effect. (iv) Complaint shall be lodged by telephonically ,so contractor to specify the telephone no who will receive the complaint round the clock.

M&L for capacity 750 KVA complete descaling of cooling system by radiwash with two times circulation of radiwash by means of running of engine & cleaning of fan blades, crankcase breather, radiator and its fins by means of high pressure air or water complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & filling distilled water in sealed packing suitable for DC 12 volt battery complete all as specified and as directed.
