REPAIR AND MAINT INCLUDING JOINERY, TILING, PLUMBING AND MISC CONNECTED ITEMS IN THE AREA OF AGE B/R-I UNDER GE NASIRABAD

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm and n.exc 2 sqm each leaf and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rolled mild steel work angle iron as in door frame (Chowkhats) / cooler stand and other similar work including provn of 12mm dia deformed bar welded horizontally to bottom of frame confirming to Fe-290 or Fe-330 including preparing back of chowkhat and applying two coats tar and sanding newly tarred surfaces with clean sharp sand complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour sheet PVC Sheet rinforced with M.S square tube,fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F factory made solid pannel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rail. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded. sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawings on page 146 of SSR Part - II 2004 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Flush shutters 30mm thick, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels commercial type on both side and both faces is covered with approved pattern with Decorative coloured laminate type 1 of 0.9 mm thick and all around side faces covered with 7-10mm thick 1st class hard wood liping duly polished complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter with wood free EPS, 28 to 30mm thick, (styles) with 2,4 or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick moulded prelam (Nut Brown colour ) PVC sheet on the front face & 2mm prelam (Nut Brown colur ) PVC sheet on back face, and fixing inthe frame at site as per specification and drawing on page 161 of SSR (Part -II ) 2020 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing the new wooden surface & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade) over one coat of pink primer over 10Cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20mm stone crushed agg.) as in fixing of hold fast and other similar work complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size quality or description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing, pins, spring clips & providing & fixing new ones and S&F 3.00 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality & glazing with oil putty not exc 0.50 Sqm each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled, ISI marked of size 100 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel 300mm ordinary rat tail rod patttern springs includding roller and roller plate complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 300mm long aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolts with hasps, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair aluminium handle fabricated type, anodised 150mm size conforming to IS complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair aluminium, anodised, barrel tower bolt of extruded section, ISI marked, 150 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair butt hinges 100mm size stainless steel complete all as specified

Taking down plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water on wall / ceiling complete all as specifid and directed

M& L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6), on stone masonary surfaces finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 1 mm thick wall putty all as specified & directed.

M&L for factory made Second class hardwood glazed and skeleton door shutters 35mm thick, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc (with sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc. Size of members of shutter shall be as specified in SSR 2009 Part-I, section 8 clause Member shall be kiln seasoned as per IS-1141 & chemically pressure treated as per IS-401 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of ceiling board/lathing any thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiles, including cement mortar, removing serviceable tiles from site & rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Deco door seal 1.5" width gate bottom sealing strip draft excluder stopper with aluminium plate and nylon bristles for weather stripping, air sound slocking complete all as specified and directed.
