Providing and Fixing of Sluice Gate of T made from M.S.U. Channel of size 100x50mm with making U guide in drain and 3.5 Mtr. Outside in drain & making a rubber arrangement on both end vertically and both end horizontal at bottom side. The gate made from M.S. Sheet of 10mm thick with size 1.5Mtr. x 1.25 Mtr. The sheet should be me dined in both end with rubber to make a leak proof arrangement at both side and running of gate by S.S.Spindle, thrust bearing, and G.M. Nut with handle at top.

Providing & fixing of MS Platform made out of MS Girder size 8” x 4” (200 x 100 mm) fixing in back sides and center supporting with MS angle iron size 50 x 50 x 6 mm with cross welding and fixing of MS chequred sheet of 7 mm thickness on top side of MS platform, back side of platform duly welded MS railing with 2” dia MS pipe with 3’ 6” height to be fixed at site. Complete plate and railing duly painted with enamel paints

Providing & Fixing of MS Bar Screen made out of MS channel size 4” x 2” (100 mm x 50 mm) and center covered with MS Flat size 80 x 8 mm duly welded with center to center distance 40 mm and back side supporting channel (100 x 50 mm) duly welded. Work also includes complete Bar Screen fixing in the drain with the help of heavy crane and complete bar screen duly painted with enamel paint. Bar Screen duly fixed in side wall using Mortar, tools and tackles.

Providing & Fixing of MS Bar Screen made out of MS Angle size (75 mm x 75 mm) and center covered with MS Sq bar size 18 mm duly welded with center to center distance 35 mm and duly welded. Work also includes complete Bar Screen fixing in the drain with the help of heavy crane and complete bar screen duly painted with enamel paint. Bar Screen duly fixed in side wall using Mortar, tools and tackles.etc complete as required.

Supply, fixing of MS Girder of size 200x100 mm below the suction pipe of Electric motor pump set etc. complete set as required.

Replacement of swing type Non Return valve of CI Body with Door, bronze to Rubber rings confirming to IS 5312 (part 1 & 2), PN 1.6 complete as required. (NRV 150MM)

Providing and laying in position M25 grade reinforced cement concrete foundation of size 450 mm (L) ×450 mm wide and 1000 mm deep i/c excavation of earth, providing cutting, bending and placing in position, reinforcement of cold twisted bars of 12 mm dia- 960 mm long(approx)-8 nos. and reinforcement of cold twisted bars of 8 mm dia- 1400 mm (approx) -6 nos.(with 150 mm spacing) as required with supplying and positioning of 4 nos. foundation bolts 16 mm dia,600 mm long, J type i/c 2 nos. template anchor plates of size 225mm×225mm×3mm and providing DCW HDPE for cable entry and exit as required for 3 m and 5 mtr pole.
