REPAIR MAINT OF DG SET OF VARIOUS CAPACITY, MCCBS, COPPER EARTHING, AMF PANEL AND ALLIED WORKS AT AYODHYA CANTT.

Repair, maintanance and servicing of DG sets of capacities 160KVA of any make & type including dismantling of top / head of DG set for thorough inspection by Engineer-in-Charge and carrying out work as under: (i) Checking & adjustment of tappet clearance. (ii) Cleaning cylinder & piston head by removing the carbon deposits. (iii) Checking general condition of the Engine. (iv) Checking & adjustment of operating parameters. (v) Checking & adjustment of fuel timing. (vi) Checking & adjustment of fault warning system. (vii) Replacment of the damaged gaskets and re-assembling the same after repair, servicing / replacement of unsv / worn out nut bolts including testing of DG set on full load as per time directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes:- Servicing of DG set will be done by Authorised dealer of Kirloskar / Cummins only.ii) All Spare parts for routine maintenence will be measured and paid separately under relevent items of this schedule as 'Supply Only' (iii) Labour charges for routine maintenance including properly dismantling of old parts deemed to be included in the quoted rate]
