Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting hard or soft rock by chiseling where the blasting work is prohibited slushy daldal and saturated soil I/c pumping or bailing out water with in all heights, stacking the excavated soil with in 15cm (Fifteen centimeters) when required in to plinths, sides of foundation consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in all leads and lifts as per direction as satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

150mm dia Nominal bore

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1: cement :3 sand :6 graded crushed stone agg. of 40mm. Nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Foundation footing bases of column and the like mass concrete with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Wall ( any thickness but not less than 0.10 mtr. Thickness) including attached pilasters buttersses, plinth and string courses etc, from top of foundation upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Suspended floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and contilever upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Vertical surfaces such as wall (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses and the like in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
