Construction of Head Works (D/W) of Puriasahi MIP in Patrapur Block of Ganjam District under WSIDP 2026-27(Balance Work)

Excavation of foundation in hard rock (granite) removed by chiselling including dressing and levelling the bed not exceeding 1.5m in depth and stacking the useful materials and depositing the debris away from work site with all leads and lifts supplying all labour, T&P required for the works etc complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Preparation of foundation bed in hard rock requiring chiselling, hammering and tampering; wire brushing and air & water jetting etc including hire charges of all equipments supplying all labour and T&P required for the works etc complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge dams, barrages and power house etc. over rock foundation

Fixing 25 mm dia anchor bars in foundation rock including drilling 35 mm. dia holes, fixing wedged anchor and grouting with cement mortar 1:4 excluding cost of M.S. rods for dams, barrages and power house structures including pull testing of 30% of anchors supplying all labour and T&P required for the works etc complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Depth of hole only to be measured for payment purpose).

R.C.C work of M-25 grade with 20mm & down grade black hard granite (crusher broken) stone chips to be mixed in concrete mixer including hoisting & laying, cost, conveyance and royalty of all materials, machineries supplying all labour, T&P required for the works etc complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing C.C M20 grade on approved surface, shape and size using 20mm & down grade black hard granite Crusher broken stone chips to be mixed in concrete mixer including hoisting & laying, cost, conveyance and royalty of all materials, machineries supplying all labour, T&P required for the works etc complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, straightening, cutting, bending, binding, fitting and placing of uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement of different diameters and tying the grills as per approved design & drawing and placing in position including cost, conveyance, roaylty and other taxes of M.S Rods, binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge including providing chairs, dowel bars, lapping wherever necessary as per drawing and technical specification supplying of all labour, T&P required for the works etc complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for R.C.C works including false works and dismantling them after casting including cost of materials supplying all labour, T&P required for the works etc complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge in ground floor( RCC Walls and fins incluing pillasters)

Providing rigid and smooth centering and shuttering including false work and dismantling the same after casting with all respect etc. supplying all labour, T&P required for the works etc complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (RCC work in slab for culverts and bridges above 4m and upto 8m height)

Scraping plaster in Lime or Cement Mortar from Brick/ Stone Masonry all labour, T&P required for the works etc complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all leads and lifts supplying all labour, T&P required for the works etc complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in all kind of soil including moorum, stoney earth, gravel etc excepting all kinds of Rock and Boulders exceeding 0.014 cum in volume in reservoir area above DSL by mechanical means , loading into and transportaion by mechanical means and unloading the soil for dumping the excavated materials away from work site inculding construction and maintenance and lighting of haul road supplying of all labour, T&P as required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
