Cleaning 10 user septic tank by opening cover, pumping out sewage water and taking out accumulated night soil, sludge’s, brick bats or any other items, (both Solid and Liquid) and removing to a distance exc 50.00 metre but not exc. 100.00 metre, and buried under ground (minimum 300 mm below ground level), sprinkling bleaching powder on deposited sludge’s at pit including excavation of pits, returning, filling in and dress-ing of surplus soil/ground to slope as required, again spreading bleaching powder on filled earth and upto 1.00 metre around the trenches/pit not less than 500 grams per square metre, re-fixing the cover after cleaning of septic tank, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No. 1 above but 25 users, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour only for cleaning of blockage of WHB, Kitchen sink, water closet, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for pre-cast RCC 1:2:4, type B-1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab for manholes, septic tanks, etc. and set in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L deformed or twisted steel bars of 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annelled) not less than 0.9 mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches as in soft/loose soil not exc. 1.5 mtr wide and 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation, drain, manhole, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition/breaking up drain Pipes (Salt Glazed stone Ware) 150mm bore (dia), Jointed in Cement Mortar of any description including PCC packing and haunching to sides of the pipes with bed, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 150 mm bore (dia) Salt-Glazed Stoneware (SGSW) drain pipe Grade ‘A’, laid in trenches, jointed in Cement Mortar 1:1 and tested, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in concrete bed to drain pipe of 150 mm dia, including packing under and haunching against the side of pipes after they are laid and tested, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs Vitreous China Squatting Pan ‘ORISSA’ Pattern, size 580X440mm White, with ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap, integral foot rest, providing joints between flush pipe and socket of WC pan (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe), fixing with and including provision of 150mm thick Lime / cement concrete bedding including taking out unserviceable WC pan and connected items, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F in repairs Vitreous China wash down WATER CLOSET PAN (Pedestal Pattern) size 575x345x390 mm white including fixing Bolts (excluding flushing cistern and flushing pipe) with plastic water closet seat cover any colour to match with WC closed pattern with recessed bottom and cover including mild steel chromium plated aluminium hanging device and including making good disturbed surfaces with cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Vitreous China urinal bowl flat back, size of 465 x 355 x 265 mm (minimum), 'white' with grating and union for discharge pipe (excluding flushing cistern, flush pipe and waste pipe), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs PVC Flushing Cistern 10 LITRE capacity, low level valve less, symphonic action type, (white), with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including 32mm dia PVC flush pipe, a pair of cast iron brackets duly painted/ erecting stand including cutting and pinning in ends, making good disturbed surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 including taking down old flushing cistern of any capacity with connected items, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (Square /Rectangular) polished dark shade or any shade , area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colured cement to match, including 20 mm thick cement screed bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.
