Execution of works as per CPWD Delhi Schedule of Rate (E&M) 2018 as and when required for attending breakdowns, repair & maintenance and upkeep of internal and external electrical installations as per direction of E-I-C at differenent locations in operational area/ office building/ ancillary building/ Terminal Building / Power houses/ Barracks/ Quarters/City Side areas etc. complete as per the special Terms and Conditions in addition to General Terms and Condition of Contract as required. The bidder shall quote the rate in INR only for the job corresponding to Rs.100,000/-and percentage(%) above/below shall be calculated by AAI and paid accordingly. (The quoted rate shall be excluding GST) Note: if the bidder is desired to quote 5% above on DSR-2018 rates, the rate column shall be filled as Rs. 1,05,000/- if desired to quote 5% below on DSR-2018 rates, the rate column shall be filled as Rs.95000/- Rate of DSR items shall be calculated by deducting GST component from schedule rate on account of GST

Detection of LT cable faults like open circuit, Earth fault etc using portable fault locator machine on the route of the under ground cable and locate the fault at Pin Pointing including excavation of soil etc. (Repeated faults with in the closed proximity of the same cable will be counted as single fault only as decided by E-I-C) as per particular specifications.

Lifiting and lowering of Under ground Borewell submersible pump motor of capacity 6HP to 10HP from borewell depths upto 600ft including disconnecting pipe line, flat cable, dismantling the defective motor pump set and reinstalling with the repaired motor and pump set on urgent basis with in short notice complete as required.

Dismantling and rewinding of 6HP submersible motor pump sets with original no of turns and same wire gauge insulated copper wire including replacement of all the internal worn out / defective parts i.e bushes, impellers, sleeves, upper and lower bush sets, thrust bearing, oil seals, rotor grinding and balancing, assembling, transportation to workshop & Back and reinstallation i/c testing & commissioning complete as required. ( Dismantled copper wire & defective parts need not to return)

Dismantling and rewinding of 7.5HP submersible motor pump sets with original no of turns and same wire gauge insulated copper wire including replacement of all the internal worn out / defective parts i.e bushes, impellers, sleeves, upper and lower bush sets, thrust bearing, oil seals, rotor grinding and balancing, assembling, transportation to workshop & Back and reinstallation i/c testing & commissioning complete as required. ( Dismantled copper wire & defective parts need not to return)

Rewinding of following fans working on single phase 230 V, 50HZ with suitable size super enameled electrical grade copper wire and insulation ,replacement of wornout bearings & bushes etc i/c dismantling , making arrangement for transportation to workshop and reinstallation of the same at site complete as required (Dismantled copper wire & defective parts need not to return) Ceiling fan of all makes and models.

Repairing & servicing of Hand dryers of various makes through authorized dealer/ specialized agency including replacement of wornout parts like sensors, heating element, blowers etc. complete as required.

Retrieving of existing 5KV grade Airfield cables upto 35sqmm from the underground trench which includes excavation of earth, removing of brick protection & cable, refilling the trench and restoring the surface etc as required.

Retrieving of following size 1.1KV grade power cables from the underground trench which includes excavation of earth, removing of brick protection & cable, refilling the trench and restoring the surface etc as required. 185Sq.mm to 240Sq.mm

Laying of 50mm dia HDPE pipe / DWC HDPE pipe direct in ground below 75cm in all types of soil including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc complete as required.

Supply of 4mm thick glare free poly carbonate sheet with letters & symbols on self adhesive transculant film pasted on inside of the poly carbonate sheet, suitable for replacement in the existing Airfield signage boards etc. as required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) of 10mm thick around the transformer housing boxes & Earth pit chambers including surface dressing, removing vegetation, undulations, watering, ramming, consolidating all complete etc as required.

Providing Hydraulic Excavator alongwith driver, helper, fuel etc. Complete as required for carrying out works as per site requirement & as per the direction of EIC etc. complete as required.
