Making up loss of material/irregularities on shoulders to the design level by adding fresh approved soil and compacting it with appropriate equipment at OMC upto a lead of 1000m as per technical specification clause 1903

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded materials, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical specification Clause 401. ii) For Grading II materials

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering & compacting to the required density grading II as per Technical Specification Clause 405. Grading III (A) By Manual means

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and applying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using Mechanical Means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate 0.25 to 0.30 Kg. per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Semi –Dense Bituminous concrete (Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregated of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade lavel and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSPT&H cl. No. 508 complete in all respect . for grading II (10mm nominal size)

Providing and laying of interlocking concrete Block Pavement (M30) having thickness 80mm as per technical specification clause 1504 (Inclusive of edge restraint and carriage)

Planting of trees by the road side (Avenue trees) in 0.60m dia holes 1m deep dug in the ground mixing the soil with decayed farm yard/sludge manure planting the saplings backfilling the trenches watering fixing the tree guards and maintaining the plants for one year

Planting lines, Dashes Arrows etc. on Road in Two Coats on New Work with ready mixed road marking paint conforming to IS :164 in bituminous/concrete surface including clearing the surface of all dirt dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site and traffic control as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1702.

Providing and fixing retro –reflectorised cautionary mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC 67 made of encapsulated leans type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminum sheeting, 1.5mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level as per approved drawing and technical specification Clause 801

Providing weep wholes in brick masonry/stone masonry ,plain/reinforcement concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(v):20(H)towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification Clause 614,709,1204.3.7

Providing and laying cement concrete wearing course M30 grade including reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specification Clause 800 and 1206.3A.with crushed stone
