Dismantling of existing asbestos cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roof, walls etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or J or L type hook as required and as specified.

S&F for pre-painted Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting 0.5mm, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 as specified.

Dismantling ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc,) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets.

S&F for Gl frame work 605 x 605mm grid for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre. complete all as specified.

S&F for Non asbestos fibre cement building boards 7- 8mm fixed or laid/ inserted to GI framework with screws in ceiling flat or sloping complete all as specified

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified.

All as per Item No 8 but on vertical Surface as in Skirting including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level). complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick laid on screed bed 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) and jointed with greay cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including cutting, rubbing and mirror polishing complete.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 18 to 20 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over 10mm thick screed in CM (1:4) and jointed with greay cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including cutting, rubbing and polishing complete.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B-2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M/L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 mix type C2 as in plinth protection and paving finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall etc incl racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as spd & directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and fair complete all as specified & directed on external surfaces .

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for prepration of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper of any colour as directed by Engineer in charge

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes including all fittings and size and pattern complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

S&F for 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, jointed with solvent fixed to walls complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

S&F for PVC (SWR) bend 110mm bore of any redius complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

S&F for stack clamps fixed in repair out of 50 mm by 5 mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roofcomplete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (with using 40mm graded stone aggregate) finished surface even and smooth as in floor in alternate panel complete all as specfied and directed.
