Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work upto plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto two stories in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)Extra for brick work in superstructure above two stories for each two stories or part thereof by mechanical means by lifting material using mobile crane

Half brick masonry with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto two stories.Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level :1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labpour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine/ coarse sand)

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Using M.S. angels 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces.

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Providing and laying brick tiles of class designation 100 over mumty roofs grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement, over a 12 mm layer of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) and finished neat : With F.P.S. brick tiles

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.
