EXISTING RUKKA INTAKE (CIVIL)

Jacketting the existing column by removing the concrete cover to reinforcement, by chipping or other suitable means to expose the reinforcement of existing column in order to make available the same for binding the extra reinforcement as shown in the drawing and also removal of rust, scales of the reinforcement in order to provide and apply approved make of epoxy resin to get proper bond with newly laid M25 grade concrete. The aforesaid concrete shall be laid by the sides of the existing column with uniform thickness of 115 mm or as specified, for jacketing purposes thereby increasing the sectional dimensions by 150 mm or as specified at any height with requisite shuttering, centring, scaffolding, proping, repairing the existing surface as specified and also removal of debris, curing etc. complete as per design and drawing etc. directed.

Providing Ready mix Micro Concrete jacketing to walls or beams of thickness upto 75 mm using Polymer modified cement premixed quartz sand aggregate packed in bags of standard manufacture, for high early strength of 40 N /mm sq.cm of approved brand. The dry product is to be mixed with 12.5% water by weight, along with washed and poured into rigid form work moulds & tamped properly, & cured for 3 days.

Providing and applying epoxy resin in 2 coats before guniting to bond fresh concrete and old concrete surface as per manufacturer’s specifications as directed.

Guniting in the proportion of 1:3.5 (C.S.) R. C. C. beams, corbels, columns,vertical face etc., to an average thickness of 50 mm including removing all loose or cracked concrete from the site and roughening the same to prepare them to receive gunite treatment and providing B. R. C. fabric 15 cm sq. mesh 3.15 mm (10 G) thick or M. S. bars 6 mm dia. at 10 cm to 20 cm C/C both ways as directed, including rendering smooth the gunited surface as in the above items.

Guniting in the proportion 1:3.5 (C.S.) to an average thickness of 50 mm for waterproofing Walls, basement slabs, basement lift pit walls, retaining wall,etc., including provision of B.R.C. fabric 15 cm sq. mesh 3.15 mm thick (10 G) or M.S. bars 6 mm dia. at 10 cm to 30 cm C/C as directed roughening the original surface for receiving the gunite and leaving the site clean.

Guniting in the proportion of 1:3.5 (C.S.) to the R.C.C. slabs, walls, vertical face, floor etc. to an average thickness 25 mm and providing B.R.C. fabric 15 cm sq.mesh, 3.15 mm (10 G) thick or M. S. bars 6 mm dia. at 10 cm to 20 cm C/C both ways as directed.

Providing 75mm thick precast RCC M-150 with nominal mix of (1:2:4) in Jali with approved quality of stone chips 12 mm and downwell graded and clean coarse sand of FM 2.5 to 3 with 1.6 mm thick MS wire as per approved design and drawing and placing the same in position true to plumb and level with 6 mm dia MS rods placed at regular intervals both horizontally vertically as required and properly grouted with cement mortar (1:3) including cost of curing, scaffolding and finishing all complete as per directions of E/I.

Renewing the terraced roof with ave. 50 mm thick lime terraced roof 1:2:2:10 including cost of the dismantling the old terrace all labour and materials, all complete as per direction of E/I.

Providing ave. 63 mm thick RCC M-200 with nominal mix of (1:1.5:3) Chajja with approved quality of stone chips 20 mm to 6mm size graded and clean course sand of fm 2.5 to 3 including making drip course in concrere, screening , centering , shuttering and mixing cement concrete in mixture and placing in position, vibrating, striking 6mm cement plaster 1:4 in ceiling and side of chajja with sand of FM 1.5, curing, taxes, and royalty all complete as per direction of E/I.

Providing Reinforcememt Round bars conforming to IS 432 dia in mm (IS 2062 Grade A) of 6 & 8 mm dia rods as per approved design and drawing excluding carraige of bars to work site cutting, bending and binding with annealed wire with cost of wire, removal of rust , placing the rods in position all complete as per direction of E/I.

Providing & Fixing in position MS ladder 0.50 m wide consisting of 75 x 10 mm MS flats as stringers and 16 mm dia MS bars in double rows as steps placed at 25 cm c/c including cost of material and labour involved, welding anchoring and applying 3 coats of anti corrossive paint etc. complete as directed by E/I

415V LT PMCC - Supply, installation, testing & Commissioning of Main LT Panel comprising of 2 nos. WATER TREATMENT PLANT - 213 MLD

Designing (aesthetically ), providing constructing and commissioning Conventional Water Treatment Plant consisting of all Civil, Mechanical and Electrical works including cost of providing and applying epoxy paint to inside surface of water retaining structures in contact with chlorine and providing antitermite treatment to entire structure below ground level, mechanical and electrical components of various sub-works as given below, including necessary hydraulic testing, structural testing, equipment testing and trial run for a period of 3 months, etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge (turn-key job). 1. Aeration Fountain- Plan are a not less than 0.625 square metre per MLD 2. Ventury Flume - With necessary devices, consisting of simple mechanical indicator. 3. Flash Mixer-Rapid mixing device, detention time 60 seconds to give velocity gradient 300 to 400 sec -1, vane mixer type conforming to I.S. 7090 of 1985. 4. Flocculator – Conforming to I.S.7208-1974 (Type-C) with detention period of 30 minutes. 5. Clarifier - Horizontal flow circular tank, detention period 2-5 hours, overflow rate 30 cubic metre per square metre per day (to be specified), Weir loading not more than 300 cubic metre per metre per day, with mechanical sludge scraper conforming to I.S. No. 10313-1982. with necessary inlet arrangements. 6. Rapid Sand Filter sand Filter House-Filter designed for filteration rate of 5,000 litres per square metre per hour, minimum 2 beds for plant upto 10 MLD, for larger plants as specified, filters to be located in filter house with roof slab, pipe gallery and platform minimum 5.5 metre in width with constant rate filtration or declining rate filtration. (a). Air Blowers-Capable of delivering 600 LMP per square metre of free air, of filter area at 0.4kg / sq.cm at the under drains (100% stand by) for period of 5 min. 7. Chemical House in Two Storeys (a). Ground floor to accommodate 7 days' alum requirement and sundry storage. (Minimum 4 m height) (b). First floor to accommodate alum and lime tanks. Chain pully block etc. (min. 5 m height) (c). Solution tanks-Minimum 3 tanks (one for preparation, second for dosing and third as stand by), each tank capable of giving 8 hours maximum dose without interruption, minimum free board 0.30M, trays for dissolving, level indicator, mechanical agitation devices, solution feed and drain lines, solution feed device (constant head device, strength of solution upto 10% only) conforming to I.S. 9222 Part-I 1979. 8. Pure Water Sump and Pump House (a). Capacity of sump – One hour of designed flow. (b). Pump House- Pump house of required size over the sump or by the side. 9. Store House-Suitable for alum storage of three months and 7 days temporary storage, 7 days TCL requirement in mansoon with 20% extra capacity for other sundry articles. 10. Laboratory equipment - As per requirement (Refer specifications) 17. Sanitary blocks – Carpet area - minimum 25 square metre above 25 Mld. 18. Administrative block and internal road-To accommodate office room, chlorine room, laboratory room, panel board room, blower room etc. and WBM road to connect all units from main gate of plot. 19. Rates are inclusive of up lift pressure if any and dewatering during entire work. 20. All pipes conduits channel with 20% overloading. 21. These rates are applicable for seismic zones 2, 3 and 4. 22. All RCC structures shall be constructed in M-300

D/F. pipes, specials and valves of given diameters, providing and fixing accessories such as M.S. ladder inside and outside, C.I. Manhole frame and cover, at top slab, B.B. masonry chamber for all valves, ventilating shafts, including giving satisfactory hydraulic test and water tightness test as per IS code and providing three coat of cement paints to all expose surface of structure including roof surface etc. complete as per design data, criteria, obligatory requirements and detailed specifications. The job to include painting the name of the scheme and other details on the reservoir as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The Design of the structure be in accordance with relevant (I.S.3370-2009 or revised). The design shall satisfy the stipulation as per IS 1893-1984 and I.S.13920/1993 for seismic force and I.S.-11682/1985 for R.C.C.staging of overhead tanks. For design having more than 6 columns, providing of internal bracing is obligatory, External bracing is also obligatory. The entire structure shall be in M/250 mix only. However concrete in contact with water such as container, base slab, wall, roof slab & footing in water borne area shall be M-300. Plain round mild steel bars grade-I confirming to I.S., 432 Part-I or high yield strength deformed bars confirming to I.S. 1786 or I.S.1139 shall be used, grade-II mild steel bars will not be allowed. Irrespective of the type of foundation proposed in the design,one set of bracing be provided at the ground level. These rates are include providing ,M.S ladder for E.S.R's upto 2 lakhs Liters Capacity and Providing spiral staircase for E.S.R. above 2 lakhs liters capacity. Integration panel to integrate with centralized SCADA center at each pumping station and GLSR SITC of integration panel to communicate the local complete operational data with the centralized SCADA center proposed under ranchi water supply scheme-1.The integration panel shall consist of redundant RTU ,with redundant power supply modules,redundant GPRS communication modules and 16" panel color HMI.The panel shall be rated to IP-68.The RTU panel shall be enclosed with IP-68 rated enclosure to house the panel and UPS system.
