Maintenance Free Earthing for the lift: Long life maintenance free electrolytic earthling system with 10 feet vertical k type copper not less then 2”(50.8mm)ID and not less than 0.08”(2.03mm) wall thickness ,which does not require manual addition of water .The system should be corrosion resistant pre-filled with hygroscopic powder and provided with suitable breathing and leaching ports at the ends. Rated for high fault currents bas bar rated for 10KA, fault current bus bar connection type as “Terraweld” to with hold temperature of 7000C.The earthling port shall be designed and supplied with poly plastic port cover non conductive, environment friendly and lockable. The job includes pit digging, installation of the rods, filling earth, leveling and disposal etc. Required size copper strip as per site requirement.
Electric Wiring and Lighting of Lift Well: It includes the three phase and neutral phase wiring from the mains supply (to be provided at the ground floor) to the top of the lift well by providing and fitting of electrical insulated cable – 04 sqm., single core, DbBox12Way 01 No., ELCB 4Pole 40A 300mAmp 01 No., MCB 4 Pole 40Amp 01 No., ELCB 2 Pole 32 Amp 30mamps, MCB 2 Pole 32 A 01 No., Light point with 5-pin socket and switch shall be provided in the lift well at a space not exceeding 3m. All the light point shall have control from the mains panel with SPN and conduits. Socket outlets may also be provided at a suitable place for use by the maintenance staff above the ground floor landing.
