Mild steel or iron work of small size and sections such as holding down bolts, hold fast, tie rods, grating etc,(when not included in an overall rates) wrought to required shape as necessary for bending etc including supply of steel and its wastage including cost of bolts, nuts if required, welding, grinding and making holes as required for completion of work but

Fixing panes of glass with Aual or equivalent I.S.I.marked quality putty. Brads and springs complete

12mm thick plaster with cement mortar in propotion of 1:3 with cement and fine sand of 1.25FM

First Class brick work in super structure 1:4 Cement and coarse sand mortar SI No.310a

Providing and applying 1 mm thick white cement based putty of approved brand and manufacture including all material, labour and T&P etc complete As per SI No.30N.B.O. 13.8

Painting two coat with silicon & acrylic emulsion (Plastic emulsion paints first quality narolac/berger/asian of equivalent) based water thinable sealer of approved brand and manufacture on wet or patchy portion of plastered surface.

Painting or Vanishing on iron works in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint & one coat of approved superior ready mixed paint of clear syuthetic varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of work. Paint to be used should confirm to the I.S.I. No. 103 1950. SI No. 641+642

Supply and fixing of (white coloured) Kajariya tiles flooring over 20mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar finished with white cement slurry jointing and polishing complete as per SI No 628-19

Supply and fixing of murga jali including supply of all material labour and T&P etc complete.

4mm thick P.C.C. in 1:2:4 with cement coarse sand and 20mm gauge daia stone grit including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. complete as Per SI No.279(b)
