De-Silting and cleaning/clearing of blockage in sewage lines between manholes by roding using bamboo split, cleaning machine or by mechanical means from man holes to man hole, Nahni/Floor traps to gully trap & gully trap to man hole/IC together with (where ordered ), taking out all debris/sluge from soil pipe lines, vertial stack pipes and removing the debries/sluge from site to out of MOD Land by using tractors or other vehcles including loading, unloading material and depositing off the material by burying in pits as per norms and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and covered with earth including flushing the line with water & testing after cleaning complete for pipe lines upto 100mm bore complete all as specified.

All as per item No 1.01 here in before but 150 mm bore SGSW/ RCC NP2 pipes.

All as per item No 1.01 here in before but 200 mm to 300 mm bore RCC NP2 pipes.

All as per item No 1.01 here in before but 450 mm bore RCC NP2 pipes.

Cleaning of Gulley Trap including removing GT cover, cleaning of Sludge, earth and all sewarage material flush with water and refixing the GT cover complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of Manhole up to 1.00m Depth including removing MH cover, Cleaning all mud, silt, floating material, hard material like stone, brick bats inculding cleaning mouth of sewage lines and making free from silt etc, flush with water and refixing the MH cover complete all as specified and as directed. Note: This item shall not be operated with items 1.01 to 4 above.

All as per item No 6 here in before but depth of Manhole 1.00 to 2.00 m.

De-Silting & Cleaning of Sludge from tank up to 20 m deep by mechanically operated Sucking/hydraulic pressure machine and taking out Sludge/muddy/ Sewerage water including taking out all debris/sluge from Sludge Tank and removing the debries/sluge from site to out of MOD Land by using tractors or other vehcles including loading, unloading material and depositing off the material by burying in pits as per norms and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and covered with earth including flushing the line with water & testing after cleaning complete for pipe lines upto 100mm bore complete all as specified.

De-Silting and cleaning of existing storm water drain including removing RCC drain cover and refixing in same/other position after cleaning silt, soil, vegetation growth and removing of rubbish from the premises all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of blocked rain water pipe of dia 100-150mm near path and drain and rubbish of the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of reinforced Cement concrete of any description and in any position not specifically provided complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for RCC (1:1.5:3) nominal mix, type A1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in drain slab supported on walls and the like complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over in dia, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia as in main distribution bar complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for use and waste of form work to bottom and sides of slab, for rough finished flat surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.50m wide and n exc 1.50m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work build in cement morter of any description and removing of rubbish from the premices complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for brick work old size burnt clay bricks, sub class B, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radium built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Cement Plaster from wall of any description from Brick/concrete surfaces including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc., and removing same from the Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4/1:6 by using ready mix cement Plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.(Note cost of scafolding including in rate quted by contractor) Material(Ready mix plaster Bags of 40Kg Each) to be purchased and stored at site first and got verified by manufacturer & Work will be strictly executed by mechanised means/tools as required services by the authorized applicator of manufacturer only) Make :-Ultratech or equivalent out of make specified in list of makes.

M&L for preparation for newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer on walls complete including Scaffolding up to 4 storey buildings all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F in repairs, SFRC perforated drain cover of size 600mm x 450mm x 70mm thick srounded with steel strip 70x3mm Reinforced as per manufacturer's design in Munufactured proccess laid over existing drain complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes for item 43 to 46: - (i) Make of SFRC Manhole/drain cover and frame : (a) M/s PS Concrete. (b) M/s KK Manhole. (c) Or equivalent as approved by GE. (ii) Contractor shall provide PV alongwith manufacturer test certificate of SFRC cover.

S&F in repairs, SFRC MH cover of size 600mm x 450mm x 70mm thick srounded with steel strip 70x3mm Reinforced as per manufacturer's design in Munufactured proccess laid over existing drain complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 44 above but MH cover 600X600X70/ 700x700x70mm Size -ditto-

Demolition of Cement Concrete (un-reinforced) of any description, not exc. 150mm thickness (above or below Ground Level) and removing the same from Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor and paving including finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Demolition of stone slab and tiles fixed with bedded and jointed of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation for 50mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L 60mm thick Machine pressed precast concrete inter locking paver block M-35 Gde any shape and size with Grey cement and no pigment conforming to IS 15658-2006 over sand cushioning as specified and as directed.

Fixing only old interlocking paver block obtained from dismantled, over sand Cushioning as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished, rounded and chamfered ) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms in full length upto 2.50 mtr and laid over and including 10 to 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble powder with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repair for rubber moulded Chequered Cement Concrete Tiles 300X300X 25mm thick pre printed colour, Set and Jointed in Neat Cement Slurry with Grey Cement and Pigment over and including Screed Bed 15mm thick in Cement Mortar (1:4) as in Path, complete all as specified and as directed. Make-Estilo( RT 30020 Tulip) or equivalent out of make specified in list of makes.

M&L for precast cement concrete Kerb stone even and smooth face of PCC Type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) including chamferring etc and finishing exposed surface in CM 1:4 with even and smooth finish, including fixing in position and demolition of old kerb stone complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coat weather/dust proof paint in Strips exc 15 Cm, over a coat of primer including preparation of new Kerb stone/plastered wall surfaces all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of expanded metal any thickness or mesh of weight n exc 4.0Kg/Sqm fixed with fillets of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 4mm dia chain link MS galvanised fencing of 75x75mm size including line wire, fillets, straining bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Repairing of old chain link fencing, including removing from fillets, straining bolt, removing and refixing of post with PCC, if required and fixing in position in a straight line complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in blocks for fixing angle iron posts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for MS structurel steel work as in columns, stanchions complete using ERW tubes including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting and embedding in concrete and screwing etc., and similar work conforming to IS- 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for MS framed work such as grills, grating etc with end of bars shouldered and forged into spikes, barred iron doors, ballusters, walk ways railings etc and similar work confirming to Fe 290 Gde E 165 all as secified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning, scrapping of old steel/iron surface and apply one coat synthetic enamel paint including preparation of surface exc 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- The amount of Rs 69900/- against Schedule of Credit on Page No 133 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance
