Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 40 mm graded agg) 125 mm thick as in foundation complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, rafts and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work as in rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for RCC M-30 design mix using 20mm graded stone aggregate for foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams; bases for columns etc basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for RCC M-30 design mix (using 20mm graded stone aggregate)of as in columns, pillars, posts & struts complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape as required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-410-S complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

All as per item No. 9 above but 5 mm dia and over up to and including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing MS sections as in ismc,angle, main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins,rolled section where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for truss/column/ staircase/ladder/anchor bolt for colums/base plates/gusset plate etc including cutting welding etc; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates confirming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality B complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.8mm thick of any colour with two corrugations side lap having tensile strength of minimum 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for 1.25 mm thick galvanised steel sheet as in Valley gutters fixed with rivets or other suitable arrangements over MS brackets Trapezoidal shape of required profile with desired slope etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing 160 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing for PVC (SWR) bends any radius 160mm bore complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks , straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick plaster on walls in CM (1:6) finish the surfaces even & smooth complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whitening on plastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 20mm thick plaster on walls in CM (1:6), in two coats (15mm thick backing coat + 5mm thick finishing coat) on fair faces of brick work, finish the surfaces even & smooth complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for preparing new surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic (antifungal) exterior grade paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for preparing new or previously untreated surface of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primercomplete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing aluminium window,door,partition made out of extruded powder coated aluminium sections, with sliding or openable shutters including frame & necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, powder coated aluminium snap beading, screws etc; complete and also including powder coated aluminium fittings such as cobra hinges, hooks & eyes, peg stays and star lock for window, etc including connected items, with and including, making good to the disturbed portion with its original specifications, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply of JEF ECO SAFE Maintenance Free Grounding Solution set comprising of High tensile low carbon steel rod of 3 Mts length & 32 mm dia with 250 micron ( average ) molecularly bonded copper on the outer surface to confirm with requirements of UL467 along with Back-fill compound strictly be a Carbon based conductive concrete type which has a resistivity of less than 0.12 Ohm Mtr as per Clause 14.5D of IEEE : 80 standard. Back-fill compound should be electronically conductive ( Like in metals ) and should not depend on moisture for conduction. JEF ECO SAFE compound shall be supplied in 50 Pound Bag. ( 1 Bag required per earthing set). Back-fill comound should be environment friendly, should solidify when mixed with water and set like concrete and should not leach / diffuse into the ground. A suitable earth terminaton clamp should also be supplied along with the set incl Supply of Eco Friendly weather proof High Density Polyethylene Earth Pit Chamber Note : Back-fill compund shall not be mixed with any soil while pouring in the bore hole.

Material and labour for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of size 32mm x 6mm GI strip fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated or situation etc. duly screwed / saddled as required at site and connecting up complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in Hard/Dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Removing excavated material exc 150 M but n.exc 500 M and depositing where directed all as specified.

Material and labour for CI specials conforming to IS - 1538, spigot /socket or flanged fitting i.e. bend, tee, collar, flanged/ socket /spigot, Tappers and tails pieces etc suitable for 100/150/200/250/300 mm bore pipes (joints and joining material shall be measured and paid seperately) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for run lead joint in repair with pig lead including pumping out / bail out water and necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil,to repair the joints for following sizes of pipes :-
