Preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally cleaned surface with power compressor to remove all loose dirt etc (Unsurfaced Water bound macadam) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour, applying tack coat on existing bituminous, cement concrete or primed granular surface to ensure a bond between the surface being paved and the overlaying course with cationic bitumen emulsion RS-1 grade at the rate of 10 kg per 10 sqm of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour, premixed bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (75 mm thick or less) with paving bitumen of 4% by weight of total mix complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or remove all loose soil, dirt etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix inrepair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard and dense soil Complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting and filling by hand roller 0.2 to 0.5 Complete all as specifed and directed.

Material and Labour, moorum filling in road/ berm brought from outside MD land with any lead, inlcuding spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 15cm each complete all as specified and directed.
