Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and of required shade and colour complete to give and even shade.

Old work (one or more coats)

White washing with lime to give an even shade :

Old work (two or more coats) .

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

One or more coats on old work

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface).

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty:

Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm).

Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing controlled flush, low level cistern made of vitreous china with all fittings complete.

Cleaning/ attending ,choked floor traps gully traps,and like including disposal of waste to the appropriate point and spreading disinfectant (phenyle) around the area after properly cleaning complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of existing choked SCI pipes by roding after removing the plug door & refixing the same with necessary ruber , washer ,spreading disinfectant (phenyle) etc.complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Cleaning choked manhole including sewer line by any suitable means, including cleaning the site for sewage,disposal of sewage testing, spreading disinfectent (phenyle after cleaning the surrounding area complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Rectification of tap leakage by replacing washer/ jumper from the bib cock /stop cock/pillar cock and the like complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer - in -Charge.

Replacing unserviceable /missing CP brass pillar cock to wash basin all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair to existing wooden door/window after dismantling and refixing the same (area 3.5 sqm )
