REPAIR/ MAINT OF BOUNDARY WALL, GATE, FENCING, DRAINS, PATH, HARD STANDING AND OTHER ALLIED SERVICES IN ZONE-III UNDER AGE B/R-II OF GE (NORTH) MEERUT CANTT

Demolition of cement concrete (Unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n exc 15 cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 Type C-2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub-floor, sub-base, floor and pavings, etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in sub-floor, sub-base, floor and pavings, etc. finishing cement concrete even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour (Glossy finish), design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand;complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast chequered cement concrete tiles of size 300x300x25mm thick, with grey cement and pigment, laid in floors with grey cement and joints filled with grey cement and pigment to match colour of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, laid, bedded, jointed and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for exterior grade, coloured vitrified ceramic designer floor tiles for parking area, paved area, size 400mm x 400mm x 12mm thick, set,jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment to match the shade / colour/ matrix of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 as in floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for exterior grade, coloured vitrified ceramic designer floor tiles for parking area, paved area, size 300mm x 300mm x 10mm thick, set,jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment to match the shade / colour/ matrix of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 as in floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for exterior grade, coloured ceramic designer wall tiles for external wall surfaces, size 450mm x 300mm x 7mm thick set,jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment to match the shade / colour/ matrix of tiles laid, over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
