SITC of Lift 1 No carrying capacity of 680 kg 10 Person G plus 2 Floors for Golden Jubilee Canteen Building at CSIR NGRI Hyderabad

Design, supply, delivery at site, installation, testing and commissioning of Lift/Elevator of capacity of 10 passengers in the machine room with gearless machine for G+2 floors with AC VVVF drive control for constant load of 680 Kg traveling @ 2.0 mps with Simplex operation without attendant, car position indicators, battery operated alarm bell and emergency light, stainless steel finish car interior, power operated centre opening automatic sliding stainless steel doors for car entrance and hoist way entrance etc. including all steel, civil and electrical materials as specified such as machine beams, buffer support channels, fascia plates, landing sills, pit ladder metal screen in elevator pit etc., as per the specification including cost of all civil and electrical works required for installation of elevator in the existing lift well and machine room, scaffolding, cutting holes, grouting and making good to damages in wall, floor, ceiling etc. for fixing accessories, foundation bolts etc., hoist way wiring and other associated Wirings including Fireman's switch complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. the Lift car should be fabricated by utilising maximum Space in the lift well. (i.e. moving car should be customized according to lift well size only).

AMC For 1 st year Supply of all required spares and Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (AMC) after the expiry of the guarantee period of 2YEARS including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labors, sundries etc., as per the direction of the Engineer -in -charge.

AMC For 2nd year Supply of all required spares and Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (AMC) after the expiry of the guarantee period of 2YEARS including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labors, sundries etc., as per the direction of the Engineer -in -charge.

AMC For 3rd year Supply of all required spares and Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (AMC) after the expiry of the guarantee period of 2YEARS including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labors, sundries etc., as per the direction of the Engineer -in -charge.

AMC For 4th year Supply of all required spares and Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (AMC) after the expiry of the guarantee period of 2YEARS including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labors, sundries etc., as per the direction of the Engineer -in -charge.
