SITC of 02(Two) nos LED Signage Board with special type of imported solid Acrylic letter (thickness 3mm raised 5 inch above ACP)fixed on ACP sheet.one side each letter glows or emits light uniformly .Calculation based on all dimensions with solid Acrylic letters on ACP Board of 3 mm Thick ( Make - Aludecor/ Alstone) of size 20 ft. x 4 ft to accommodate all the matters / contains as approved by the authority to be made with 25 x25 x 4 mm M.S angle Iron, 18 S.W. G Squrae/ Round Hollow bar , Base plate (10mm Thickness) required for fixing the necessary Nuts , Bolts , Washers , supporting angle Iron , Clamp etc. and ACP Sheet on all sides to be moulded uniformly, Side fabricated by Aluminium 'L' Channel , upon which elevated or box type letter made from imported solid acrylic will be fixed. The Back Side of the letters is covered by 3 mm thick ACP (Make- Aludecor/Alstone) or Branded WPC Board. The inside of the letter Supplying and Fixing of best Quality LED Lighting arrangement of fully water proof IP67 ZIg-Zag strip made of Samsung 2385 LED module, 100 Lumen/watt( containing 54 LED per Mt. & 9W/Mt.) or Korean LED Module Made Made Samsung 5630 LED ( 1.8 W per Module) including connection by using 3nos 600watt SMPS Impex Pro water proof with one year warranty to be Fixed in proper arrangement with necessary inter connection. The electrical parts & Driver should be protected from rain & Dust. The warranty of the LED will be minimum two years. The letters are sealed by exterior grade Silicon. The back side of the Board Covered by 22 S.W.G G.I sheet with Nuts & Bolts. The Signage will be written in English and Approved by the Authority-1 Nos ( Duly signed by Authority) and also need to approved the sample by the authority.

Necessary Electronic Diver / power supply device to be fixed in the ACP or suitable places

Intensity : Same & smooth uniform throughout without any dark patch

Visibility: upto 250 meters for normal eyes.

Including S&F of extra 33 WOR suitable driver for LED sign board.

The boards to be fixed on wall of the building with fabrication of iron structure as required incl. cutting, bending,welding,drilling,nut and bolts arrengement etc. with necessary fixing arrangement as per direction of E.I.C. (Design of iron structure for fixing the board to be approved from E.I.C before execution of work.) The total structure will be painted by 1(One) coat of red lead primer and 2(Two) coats of Synthetic enamel paint.
