Supply,Installation,Testing and Commissioning of Outdoor machines for air conditioning system, based on variable refrigerant mass flow with Heat Pump (should run either Heating or Cooling), comprising of minimum one or more full Inverter output scroll compressors, with R410 refrigenrant, condenser coil & fins provided with anti-corrosive treatment, necessary accessories for oil separation, moisture removal, flow control, interconnecting piping, condenser air fan, electrical and microprocessor based panel, interconnecting cabling, all housed inside a weather-proof cabinet suitable for exposed installation on terrace including suitable mounting MS Stand frame.

Supply, Installation Testing and Commissioning of ,high CFM VRF Indoor Unit with multi speed fan, 3 or 4 row Cooling coil of Copper tubes and Aluminum fins, electronic expansion valve, Cleanable filter, drain pan with built in auto drain pump & suitable inter lock between Indoor & the drain pump with the following capacity TR & CFM including Refrigerant "Y" / "T" joints with insulation, as recommended by manufacturer, suitable for the combination of indoor and outdoor machines.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of refrigerant piping using eddy current free Copper pipes and fittings like elbows, couplers, tee joints, brass fittings, "U" loops, expansion loops etc. Insulation of pipes using 13 mm thick upto 19 mm Cu Pipe & 19 mm thick above 19 mm Cu pipe Nitrile rubber insulation with material having class "O" for fire properties, structural clamps with hard PVC pipe sleeves under the clamps to protect insulation at supports, tagging to enable tracing connectivity to respective units as approved.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Power Cabling for VRV/VRF Outdoor units to the field isolator.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of 1100V grade, XLPE insulated unarmoured Copper conductor cable as per specifications. with end termination of heavy duty double end compression brass cable gland,tapping, crimping, etc. from MCCB to VRF unit. The cabling shall be layed and tightened with PVC ties on suitable supports ,well supported at specific intervals .

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Drain Piping from the indoor units to the nearest drain main header.

Drain Piping shall be Hard CPVC-. Drain Piping shall be insulated with 9mm electron beam (physically) cross linked polyolefin foam insulation with factory applied reinforced aluminium foil facing on oneside, material having class "O" for fire properties (Make : Thermobreak).

Supply and installation of Factory Fabricated duct Sheet Metal Works as per IS Standards specification. Galvanizing shall be Class VI light coating of zinc, Lock Forming Quality prime material .The Duct shall be supported with Hi-tech Supports

Supply and installation of GI duct sheet metal DAMPER for motorized VCD.

Supply and installation of Actuator to run the shaft of the Volume Control Damper(VCD).(Make : Honeywell, siemens,balemo)
