Cutting and disposal of earth work in by mechanical in all heights and depths in all kinds of soils, including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting of to the required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer -in-charge at site., according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and unuseful material and transportation of the unuseful material for disposing at dumping site as per satisfaction of Engineer- in -charge through all modes of transportation including head load ,animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour ( if required ). All the surplus excavated earth to be dumped at dumping site(dumping sites will be arranged by the contractor on his own cost). Any loss to the public and private propriety, human being, machinery during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling with approved material. Hard Roack blasting prohibited and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting of to the required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer -in-charge at site, according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and unuseful material and transportation of the unuseful material for disposing at dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) including payment of prescribed charges of dumping to the owner of dumping site as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required).All useful material such as stones, shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation the usefull stones as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Any loss to the public and private propriety during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i) 1:5:10 (One cement : Five coarse sand) : Ten graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing weapholes in brick masonry / stone masonry /plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm(One hundred milimetre) dia PVC pipe extending through the full with of the structures with slop of 1(v):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Backfilling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 1204.3.8 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (a) Granular material.

Square rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement: Six Coarse sand : Twelve graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at window sills, ceiling level and the like including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge

Constructing brick masonary manhole in cement mortar 1:4 (One cement: Four coarse sand) with R.C.C. top slab in 1:1:5:3 mix (one cement : One: Five coarse sand : Three graded stone aggregate 20mm(twenty milimetre) nominal size), foundation concrete 1:4;8 (one cement : four sand : eight graded stone aggregate 40 mm(forty milimetre) nomonal size), inside plastering 15mm (fifteen milimetre)thick with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement : three sand) and finished with floating coat of neat cement and making channels in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix (one cement : two sand : four graded stone aggregate 20mm(twenty milimetre) nominal size) finished smooth complete including curing and testing including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (a)Inside size 900mmx800mm and 45cm deep including precast cemocrete cover with frame (medium duty) 600mm internal dimensions. (a) With common burnt clay F.P.S (Non modular) brick of class designation 7.5.

Inside size 120x90cm and 90cm deep including C.I. Cover with frame (medium duty) 500mm internal dia meter total weight of cover and frame to be not less than 116kg (weight of cover 58kg and weight of frame 58kg) (a) With common brunt clay F.P.S. (Non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5.
