M&L for PCC B-1, 1:2:4 with 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping to pole foundation including fair finish to the exposed surface, as in benching, at chamferred angles and finished exposed surfaced even and smooth including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Restretching of existing loose OH, LT/HT ACSR conductor wire including GI wire along the span of poles for sagging withing the permissible limit, including binding/rebinding/joining with Aluminium winding wire in case of breakge of conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : (i) Nothing extra is admissible on account of jointing material and labour in case the conductor breaks during re-stretching. (ii) The quoted rate include making new dead end of ACSR conductor wire at existing poles. The items used i.e. strap plates, insulator used to make the dead end of ACSR shall be measured & paid separately.)

Material and labour for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including bolts, nuts & washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for inserting bolts, in any shape or size, as directed and inclusive of painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red-oxide primer including taking down the old worn out rusted materials and removal from site all as directed.

M&L for fixing of Pin type porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green Insulator incl one mild steel spindle, two iron washerrs,and iron nut, 100mm height, 65mm dia, suitable for 1100 Volt, incl taking down old, and as directed by engineer in charge.
