Labour for cutting/pruning of tree branches upto 3 inches dia along security light pole around 2 mtr radius of security light fitting and removing from site including arrangement of T&P (i.e Axe , rope & ladder etc), complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down street light fittings/ Post Top Lantern/ down lighter of any wattage/size for repair replacement of burnt/worn out accessories and carrying to MES store, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:-(i) Accessories or components need for replacement shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate items.

M&L for repairing of unserviceable LED street light any make /model of 90-100 watt capacity by replacing compact LED electronic driver suitable to operate on 120 to 270 Volt, 50/60 Hz AC supply, protection grade IP-66 with surge protection, complete all as specified and directed. Driver make Phillips/ havells/wipro/CG/Bajaj as approved.

M&L for repairing of unserviceable LED street light any make /model of 60-72 watt capacity by replacing compact LED electronic driver suitable to operate on 120 to 270 Volt, 50/60 Hz AC supply, protection grade IP-66 with surge protection, complete all as specified and directed. Driver make Phillips/ havells/wipro/CG/Bajaj as approved.

M&L for repairing of unserviceable LED street light any make /model of 40-50 watt capacity by replacing compact LED electronic driver suitable to operate on 120 to 270 Volt, 50/60 Hz AC supply, protection grade IP-66 with surge protection, complete all as specified and directed. Driver make Phillips/ havells/wipro/CG/Bajaj as approved. Note for item No 03 to 05 (i) Make of item No. 03 to 05 : Philips/Bajaj/Crompton/Havells (ii) contractor will mark a identity (i.e CA No . or Firm Name) ,using permanent paint marker pen on each component which will be replaced under repair of street light and he will be liable to change his new replaced items without any extra cost which become unserviceable due to any reason, during execution period of CA and further upto defect liability period. (iii) It will be contractor responsibility to take the location of unvs street/garden/post top/ search light fittings by MES rep at 9 AM at AGE E/M office on every working day.

M& L for repairing of unserviceable Gate light of any type/make by replacing burn out/worn-out/ weak LED lamp 25 watt and re- fixing the fitting in position after repair and testing, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Phillips/Bajaj/Havells/CG as approved.

M& L for repairing of unserviceable Garden/Gate light of any type/make by replacing burn out/worn-out/ weak Normal LED lamp 9/11 watt and re- fixing the fitting in position after repair and testing, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Phillips/Bajaj/Havells/CG as approved.

M& L for repairing of unserviceable Garden/Gate light of any type/make by replacing burn out/worn-out/ weak Normal LED lamp 05/07 watt and re- fixing the fitting in position after repair and testing, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Phillips/Bajaj/Havells/CG as approved.

S&F of flexible PVC conduit 'light grade' of size 15 mm bore incl fittings, ISI marked, fixing with PCC pole/ steel tubular pole/ garden lights/ Gate lights for wiring connection from pole box to light fitting and supporting with 03 Nos GI strip clamp, nut bolt and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of Lamp holder of post top lantern fitting/decorative fitting/PTL, complete all as directed by engr-in-Charge.

S&F of switch socket outlet multipurpose type of 6 pin, 16 amp flush type, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair pressed steel terminal boxes made out of 1.2mm thick mild steel sheet, 200mm x 150mm x 60 mm deep including cutting on sheet and fixing existing switches, sockets alongwith 03 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover, fitted with cadmium plated screw washer and cutting/chasing as required in brick wall to recess the same including making good to disturbed surface with cement mortar ratio 1:4 and treated the surface with existing white/colour wash/distemper etc to match with existing surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing of PVC insulation tape of width - 18 mm, thickness - 0.125 mm in length of 25 mtr, ISI marked for proper insulation of joints in wire where as required or directed, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying sub class 'B' bricks laid dry and flat across the length of cable for protection of cable, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand cushioning with Ganga Sand to underground cable (8 cm thick before laying and 15 cm thick after laying the cable, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boring under road horizontely of size 40/50 mm bore using GI pipe for passing of cable in road/path in hard/soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of following GI tubing light grade with all necessary fittings laid in trenches/under road crossing/fixed on pole/wall/under floor / as garden post including 2 Nos mild steel FI clamps 35x3 mm size to support pipe with pole, complete all as specified and directed.
