Section - I: LT PANEL : Design, Manufacture , shop testing at works, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of floor / wall mounting front operated front/ rear access, extensible type, complete design verified LT switchgear Panel as per IEC 61439 with Ip-42 protection, IK 10 rating and from 3b separtation, suitable for use at 415V, 3phase 4 wire 50 Hz system, and to withstand a fault level as specified in BOQ. All switchboards shall have provision for entry of cables from top/ bottom as required . The powder coating colour shade for LT Panels shall be as follows: 1. Panels fed from normal supply - RAL 7035 2. Panels fed from DG power supply ( Emergency) other shade as per instructions of EIC. Note: 1) All G.A. & fabrication drawings shall be got approved from EIC Final painting of panel to be done with powder coating. Necessary touch up may be done at site. incase if required. The scope includes all tests at manufacturer factory and site as specified in relevant Is and directed by EIC. 2) The equipment shall be designed to ensure complete safety during operation inspection, connection of cables etc. 3) The size of the earth bus chosen shall be withstand full fault current as specified at 415V. 4) All the current Transformers are resin cast type class-1 only. 5) Scope includes cable end boxes reverse entry boxes as per site conditions and extension of bus bars as required for termination the number of cables as per schematic diagram. 6) G.A. & detaied fabrication drawing and short circuit forces and temp. rise calculation for panel including the panel fabricator shall be submitted for dept. approval. 7) Bimetallic washers to be used for all aluminium to copper joints whenever required & shall be of approved make & quality. 8) All MCCB feeders shall be "ON' OFF" Auto, trip ACB Feeders shall have ON OFF Auto trip and spring charge indications. 9) Scope includes the cutting of MS chequred plates trench covers to require size after installment of Panel. 10) All ACBs shall be provided with microprocessor based LSIG release.

Emergency Main Panel: Incomer: Each I/C comprising of the following : 1) 4P 415V 125A 36KA MCCB with O/C, S/C, & Earth fault relese - 1 no. 2) Current transformer 150/5A class1, 15VA (metering CT) - 3 nos. 3) Digital multifunction meter with communication facility -1 no. 4) LED type indication lamps as per specifications & drawing -1 LOT Busbars: 150A TPN tinned copper insulated busbar having maximum current density of 1.24A/ sq.mm to withstand symmetrical fault level of minimum 36kA for 1 sec at 415V. The Neutral busbar shall have 100% capacity. Outgoing Feeders : 1) TPN 63A, 36kA MCCB - 10 nos.

Main LT Panel: Incomer: Each I/C comprising of the following : 1) 4P 415V 160A 36KA MCCB with O/C, S/C, & Earth fault relese - 1 no. 2) Current transformer 200/5A class1, 15VA (metering CT) - 3 nos. 3) Digital multifunction meter with communication facility -1 no. 4) LED type indication lamps as per specifications & drawing -1 LOT Busbars: 200A TPN tinned copper insulated busbar having maximum current density of 1.24A/ sq.mm to withstand symmetrical fault levelof minimum 36kA for 1 sec at 415V. The Neutral busbar shall have 100% capacity. Outgoing Feeders : 1) TPN 415V, 100A , 36kA MCCB with microprocessor based overcurrent , short circuirt and earth fault release - 01 nos. 2) TPN 63A, 36kA MCCB - 08 nos.

Supply, Retrofitting in existing panel, Testing and commissioning of 4 Pole MCCB, 415V, 160A, rated short-circuit breaking capacity 36 kA (Ics=100% of Icu), adjustable thermal (overload) setting and adjustable magnetic setting with provided leads, provision for installation of shunt/UV/trip alarm contact and MCCB should have phase barriers both sides, with insulation withstand capacity 800V, no line-load bias in provided enclosure/panel with suitable size and length of copper busbar as per site conditions.

Section -II: LT CABLES & END JOINTS : LT Cables: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 1.1 KV grade aluminium/ Cu stranded circular/ sector shape core conductor with XLPE insulation, extruded PVC inner sheathed, G.I flat strip/wire armoured, extruded FRLS grade PVC (ST-2)outer sheathed cable conforming to IS : 1554 Part I / IS 7098 Part-I with latest amendments, along with 2 runs of 8 SWG tinned Cu wire to be fixed on wall/column/slab/ false ceiling / existing cable tray /existing hume pipe/trench/shaft/pit/ on 5mm thick M.S. flat /GI spacer/angle/support fixed with coach screws/grouted in wall/anchor fasteners 2mm. thick G.I. fabricated saddle, all fixing accessories, etc complete including painting of M.S spacers/angles and saddles or in ground , sand bedding,laying of baked bricks on side & top-, temporary reinstatement, back filling, dewatering, consolidation,disposal of excess earth within the radius of 500 m and making good to the original finish etc providing Al cable tag as per enclosed detailed specifications, All the type tests at manufacturer factory, As Built drawings of all cables laid & as per instructions of the E-I-C & of the following sizes. NOTE: 1) Clamping of cables on trays including supply of clamping materials as per instruction of EIC shall be included in the scope of work.

Section-III: Readymade Distribution Board : Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of following readymade distribution boards, double door, IP 42 degree protection complete with necessary, MCB isolators , MCBs, Residual current circuit breaker (RCCB's/MCB's) etc including interconnections with appropriate capacity size of PVC insulated copper conductor wires (ISI marked),suitable for concealed mounting /wall mounting including with MS frame work of 40 x 40 x 5 mm MS angle iron, with M.S. enclosure fabricated out of min 18 SWG /20 SWG thick M.S. CRCA sheet as per manufacturers standard, with concealed hinged door, locking arrangement etc. including earthing clamps for both incoming & outgoing circuits,interconnections, per phase isolation kit as required,cable end box & wire way box required, continuous copper earth wire in the wire way box with single/duplicate brass earthing terminals, danger board, name plate, flexible earthing for the door, metal treatment & powder coated painting. Section-IV: Point wiring and Submain wiring Point wiring in Existing conduits & New PVC conduits/casing & capping : Point wiring for light & ceiling fan with 1.1 KV grade FRLS PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor wire (ISI marked), in existing concealed conduit and / in 25 to 40 mm dia High mechanical stress (HMS) rigid PVC conduit having ISI marked IS 9537 Part - 3, including fixing accessories & hardware concealed /exposed in slab/wall or 25mm x 16mm size white / ivory PVC casing capping on surface where conduit is not existing and providing wire in this PVC casing & capping, controlling modular switches on existing surface switch boards with required bakelite sheets/ new ready made fire retardant palstic boxes/new readymade concealed GI switch boxes with cover plate & metal frame, angle / batten pendent lamp holders ,PVC round plates, 6A connectors in concealed junction boxes , ferrule numbers on both sides, 1.1kV grade FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor wires for earthing of above said specifications, labelling etc. all as per site conditions, specifications, drawings and as instructed by Engineer-in-charge. Scope of work shall also includes providing the tags for wires inside casing & capping for bunching to avoid hanging of wires at the intervals of 600mm. Note:1. Wiring layout arrangement and samples of switch boxes are to be got approved prior to procurement. 2. All switches, sockets, cover plates & frame, plastic surface boxes, etc. shall be of white colour other accessories like lamp holders, ceiling roses & doorbell etc. shall be of polycarbonate body and shall preferably be ISI marked. 3. The dimensions of switches, sockets, and fan regulators shall preferably be ISI mark. 4. HMS PVC sleeves will have to be provided for crossing the wall, drilling holes & it’s refinishing to be also included in the scope. 5. Minimum size of the FRLS insulated copper earth continuity wire shall be 2.5 sq.mm. SPL NOTE: 1. The scope of work also includes removing of existing MS switch boards by breaking the brick wall, making suitable cut-outs in brick wall for fixing new HMS PVC 25mm conduits, switch boards, finishing with cement mortar, applying white putty as required,touchup paitnting for that area with OBD paint of existing shade or completely filling the area with cement mortar and applying white putty, touch up paint as required and as per instructions of E-I-C. 2. The scope also includes removal of the exisitng wires and depositing the same in stores. 3. The scope also includes removal of existing points from wall, cutting of existing conduits (if required), removal of the existing luminaires, fans, switches, sockets, regulators & existing casing & capping etc & take away of the dismantled switch boards, switches, sockets, regulators , luminaires, fans & casing & capping etc. Suitable rebate shall be considered for the same in the respective items.

Saddles, or in 25mm x 16mm size white / ivory PVC casing capping on surface & ready made Fire Retardant Plastic Switch Boxes with cover plate & socket outlet boxes of nominal 1.2 mm thickness , brass earthing stud 1/2 nos, controlling modular switches, sockets with moulded front plate and inner plate etc. including appropriate size of FRLS PVC insulated copper earth wire, brass/bakelite (straight / angular) lamp holders, 3 plate ceiling rose,6 A, connectors, painting etc. as per specifications and drawings and as per instructions of E-I-C and as detailed below : (sample switch Box etc. to be got approved before fabrication/order) NOTE: 1. Connections shall be done with crimped type tinned copper lugs & washers. 2. All switches & socket outlets shall be as per preferred makes. 3. All sample boxes with accessories /luminaires shall be got approved from Department. 4. All 16 A socket outlets should be with 6 pin type 5. MS boxes other than switch boxes & socket outlet boxes shall be fabricated out of minimum 1.5mm thick MS sheet duly painted with red oxide primer & 2 coats of epoxy paint. 6. Minimum size of the FRLS insulated copper earth continuity wire shall be 2.5 sq.mm. MCB shall be with 10KA breaking capacity controlled from MCB installed in DB (Point Consider Up to 20 Mtr.)

Primary Power point 6 / 16 A, 6 pin socket outlet point with 2 nos. of 2.5 sq.mm wires alongwith 1 no of 2.5 sq.mm insulated earth wire complete with 16 A switch in one box controlled from MCB in DB (Point Consider Up to 15 Mtr.)

Secondary Power point (Looped from primary power point item sr.no. 2.3) 6 /16 A, 6 pin socket outlet point with 2 nos. of 2.5 sq.mm wires alongwith 1 no of 2.5 sq.mm insulated earth wire (Point Consider Up to 8 Mtr.)

MCB shall be with 10KA breaking capacity controlled from MCB installed in DB (Point Consider Up to 20 Mtr.) Cost includes 3 core cable , Industrial socket and accessories)

Point Wiring for three phase Exhaust Fan Power point 20 A, 440V, 4 pin metal clad ceramic socket outlet point with metal top (Industrial grade type metal box) with 3 nos. of 4 sq.mm XLPE armored wires alongwith 1 no of 4 sq.mm insulated earth wire in readymade powder coated MS CRCA box with MS cover and with necessary cutouts,interconnections earthing stud etc . MCB shall be with 10KA breaking capacity controlled from MCB installed in DB (Point Consider Up to 20 Mtr.and approx. height 15 mtr.) (Cost of XLPE armored 4sq.mm 3 core cable is considered in Section II item sr. no. 2.1 and End Termination kit at item sr. no. 3.1)

Primary Point wiring for wall mounted fan point 2 nos. 2.5 sq.mm armored XLPE copper wires and 1 no. 2.5 sq.mm insulated copper earth wire (directly from nearby power circuit DB ) with 10 Amp 5 pin 240V socket outlet near wall fan and controlling 10A DP C type MCB to be fixed on the wall at suitable height (Point Consider Up to 20 Mtr.) ( Cost includes XLPE armored 3 core 2.5 sq.mm, end termination and above accessories mentioned)

Secondary Point wiring for wall mounted fan point 2 nos. 2.5 sq.mm armored XLPE copper wires and 1 no. 2.5 sq.mm insulated copper earth wire ( looped to power circuit nearby to above mentioned item sr. no. 8.7) with 6 Amp 5 pin 240V socket outlet near wall fan and controlling 10A DP C type MCB to be fixed on the wall at suitable height (Point Consider Up to 10 Mtr.) ( Cost includes XLPE armored 3 core 2.5 sq.mm cable, end termination and above mentioned accessories)

Submain Wiring : Supply, installation testing & commissioning of 1100 V FRLS grade PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor wires of the following sizes with necessary leads at both sides in 25mm/ 32mm/ mm/40mm dia PVC(HMS) / MS conduit concealed in wall/beam/ slab/column or on surface of wall/beam/slab/ column on 5 mm thick G.I spacer and 20 SWG GI saddle, MS pull out boxes , junction boxes of suitable sizes as per site requirement, from Main LDB,PDB to individual DB/ Switch Board including connection with copper lugs etc as per specifications and as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1. Connections shall be done with crimped type tinned copper lugs. 2. All embeded conduit junction boxes/pull boxes shall be covered by 18 SWG thick M S sheet covers painted white projecting atleast 5 mm around finished opening fixed to box with CSK machine screws.

2 nos. of 2.5 sq.mm FRLS Cu wire & 1 no of 2.5 sq mm copper earth wire in 40 mm dia PVC conduit (HMS variety) with necessary pull out boxes, junction boxes etc including end temination at both the ends with additional loop wire of 0.5 m length at either ends.

Section -VI: MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS : M. S. Boxes : Fabrication, supply and installation of M.S.boxes with 2 coats of primer & 2 coats of enamel / PU paint with 'C' type channel for MCB / Terminal Blocks, knock out punches for cable entry/ exit as per requirement as per instructions of EIC.

MS Fabrication : Supply, fabrication and installation of supports using MS I Beam/ channel/angle / flat/ MS rod hangers etc.including cutting, fabrication, welding etc. and painting with two coats of primer and two coats of enamel/ PU paint of approved shade as per instructions of EIC.

Supply, installation of GI pipe of B class sleeves in beams/column/slab for passing electrical cables/conduit as per instruction of E-I-C.

Cable Tray: Providing & erecting hot dipped galvanised cover suitable for perforated type Cable tray with cover plate manufactured from 18SWG (1.6 mm thick) GI sheet of 150mm Cable tray width & 75/50mm height complete with necessary hardware. ( Anchor fastners/ 'L' angle supports @ 600mm interval etc. , GI clamps. The rate shall include the cost of supports.

SECTION -VII: LED Luminaire ,Ceiling fan, Exhaust fans etc Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of LED luminaires complete with accessories etc on surface of slab/beam by 2 nos (minimum) of 6 mm anchor fasteners or on wall with 2 nos of wood screws, nylon plug etc.,suitable supporting frame fixed with rag bolts grouted on the wall/anchor fastener on the beam/on the column & other fixing accessories etc provision & connection with 1.5 sq.mm multistranded copper conductor FRLS PVC wires etc., all as per drawing, specifications & as per the instruction of E.I.C. Ceiling fan works

Ceiling fan:- Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 1200 mm BLDC,BEE 5 STAR RATED,AIR DELIVERY 230 CMM,SPEED 350 RPM,POWER 28-30 WATTS (MAX), POWER FACTOR>0.99,SERVICE RATIO>8,INPUT VOLTAGE 140-280 V AC,ALUMINUM BLADES. THE FAN SHOULD BE CONFORMING TO IS 374/1979. BLDC fans with safety chains including interconnection to ceiling rose with 3C X 1.5 sq.mm flexible copper cable as per tender specifications in technical bid and instructed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

FAN hook:- Fabrication, supply & installation of ceiling fan hook of MS ‘T’ section of size 65 x 65 x 5 mm & 100 mm long, painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide paint, including drilling holes in corners and in center of webs, fixing it by four each. of anchor fastener of size min. 8 mm x 50 mm including providing ‘S’ hook made up of 8 mm dia (approx.). SS rod for suspension of ceiling fan, all as required and instructed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Fabrication, supply, installtion of downrods made up of MS pipe as IS 1239 of 300/ 600/ 1000 mm size for installtion of ceiling fans, including painting with one coat of red oxide and two coats of white enamel paint and as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying installation, Testing and commissioning of 3 phase exhaust fan heavy duty 440 V A.C. 50 cycles 900 RPM 375/380 mm complete erected in position as per specification.

Supplying and erecting exhaust fan heavy duty 230V A.C. 50 cycles 1400 RPM 375/380 mm complete erected in position as per specification.

Fabrication, supply, installtion of MS angle frame made up of MS channel/ angle as per site requirement for installtion of heavy duty exhaust fans, (for item sr. no. 3.4 & 3.5) including painting with one coat of red oxide and two coats of white enamel paint and as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying Installation, Testing and commissioning air circulator 450 mm. sweep oscillating type, wall mounting 1440 RPM with speed regulator, overheat protection unit, totally enclosed, flame proof motor suitable for 230/250 Volts single phase, 50 cycles A.C. supply, with one meter of 3 core lead wire and with moisture proof treatment to winding and with ‘E’ class insulation as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

SECTION VIII:TELEPHONE WORK:SITC of Telephone Point Wiring. Point wiring with 2-pair x 0.5mm dia annealed copper conductor PVC insulated and PVC sheathed unarmoured cable. Wiring shall be done in surface/concealed casing capping. Work shall include fixing ISI marked suitably sized heavy-duty rigid PVC Casing capping, fittings, suitable bends, flexible conduits, sleeves, cable, lugs, screws, Glands, insulation tapes, Machine printed Cable Tags, markers /ferrules, all accessories, cutting and finishing, etc. The wiring shall comply with IS-732- 1965 specifications. The necessary crack repairing work in the wall surface including making necessary groove, applying putty or filling sealant powder, wherever required shall be carried out by the party. The path through which these wires pass should be traced in a manner so that it does not disturb the aesthetics of the interiors. There should be no joint in the cable from one end (i.e. Telephone socket) to the other end (i.e. TTB point). All work & materials necessary for wiring a point circuit of any length from the TTB to Telephone socket shall include the point wiring. (Specifications as per Annexure I attached)

SITC of Modular type RJ-11 with shutter telephone socket complete set, Aluminium alloy cable Grommet with brush, compatible inner & outer plates, suitable on surface/ recess boxes with all necessary accessories. (Specifications as per Annexure I attached)

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 100 Pair (50 X50) TTB box along with 10 krone modules and 02 Back mounting frames and Accessories. (Specifications as per Annexure I attached)

SECTION IX:DISMANTLED ITEM Dismantling of wring from existing boxes, sitchboards, conduits, disconnecting the existing system of lighting/ Ceiling Fan/ Exhaust Fan/Power Distributiob Boards (LDB's, PDB's) and 3 phase circuits, GI conduits, accessories and LT Panels/ LT power cables/ Telephone boxes/ Sockets/ Telephone Cables conduits, disconnecting the existing system, Telephone Tag Block (TTB) of Telephone system and Accessories as per attached drawing. Dismantled/ Debris items to be taken back by the contractor and disposal as per procedure and instructions of Engineer In-Charge.
