Maintenance of A-14 Kalkaji Extension Flats.

Operation of Fire Fighting system, Fire Alarm system, Rescue operation of 24 Nos. 20 passenger 2 Nos. 15 passenger Lifts including upkeep and routine maintenance of all associated items like cleaning of sensor, LOP, fireman switch, car light, take care of electrical asset etc. by deploying following operation cum rescue staff per shift i/c Sunday and all holidays, etc. required as per terms & conditions attached- a) Fire fighter cum Lift operator. -9 Nos (3 Nos. in each shift)

Running and Operation of Clear Water Supply system, Submersible pump water supply system, DG sets of 125 KVA capacity (2 Nos.) and 82.5 KVA capacity (7 Nos.) including up keeping of all electrical installations associated with DG sets and operation & maintenance of all "Internal Electrical Installation" in common area such as stilt, corridors,lift lobbies, park lighting and other common electrical installations by deploying following staff i/c Sunday and all holidays etc. required as per terms & conditions attached. (a) Wireman cum operator - 3 Nos.(1 Nos. in each shift)

(b) Khallasi - 1 Nos. (In general shift for cleaning of all electrical Assets like UGR pump house, All lifts car and m/c room, DG set , All electricals panels.)

Comprehensive maintenance of Clear water system & Control panel as per detailed inventory attached i/c repair of pumps, rewinding of motors, alignment of shaft, changing of bush bearing, Butterfly valves, NRV, flange, coupling, painting with Anticorrosion paint once in year, socket, star-delta starter, Ammeter, Voltmeter, indicator, Power contactor model (MNX, ML, MO), all type of relay, bus bar, current transformer, push button switch, , preventer, SMPS charger, Timer, i/c accessories/other consumable items required for fully functional of Clear Water supply system as per terms & conditions attached.

Comprehensive maintenance of Fire Fighting system as per detailed inventory attached i/c Hooter, MCP, fire alarm panel, fire motor & pump (jockey pump, main pump, DG set), MCC Panel i/c star-delta starter, meter, Voltmeter, indicator, Power contactor model (MNX, ML, MO), all type of relay, bus bar, current transformer, push button switch, preventer, SMPS charger, Timer, All accessories of panel, hose pipe, hose reel, landing valve, coupler, chuck, short branch pipe, Butterfly valves, NRV, flange, socket, fire hose cabinet, i/c accessories required for fully functional of fire fighting system as per terms & conditions attached.(Fire Mock drill conduct/report required twice in month, in case leakage in any fire line same has been attend by the agency.)

Comprehensive maintenance of submersible pumps water supply system as per detailed inventory attached i/c, repair of pumps, rewinding of motors, replacement of flats submersible cable with 6 Sqmm, Starter-DOL(5HP,7.5HP), star-delta(7.5HP, 10HP), ammeter, voltmeter, all type of relay, bus bar, current transformer, push button switch, , preventer, Timer, All accessories of panel, lowering & lifting of submersible pump i/c accessories/other consumable items required for fully functional of submersible pumps water supply system as per terms & conditions attached.

Servicing of DG sets as required for fully functional of DG sets of 82.5 KVA capacity (7 Nos.) (through authorised service dealer) by supplying following items. Cartridge, Lub oil filter-01 nos Filter fuel-01 nos. part no.(5319245) Kit air cleaner element-01 nos. Foil sealed test strips-01 nos. Filter, fuel-01 nos. part no.(5349496) Inhibitor corrosion-01 nos. Indicator service-01 nos. Hose-fuel -01 nos. Clamp hose-02 nos Gasket Valve cover-04 Nos. Funnel fuel filter conductive-01 nos. Valvoline premium blue 7800 plus 1/20 ltrs-01 nos. coolant as per capacity. Freight charges-01 nos. including up keeping of all electrical installations associated with DG sets i/c accessories required for fully functional of DG sets as per terms & conditions attached herewith.

Valvoline premium blue 7800 plus 1/20 ltrs-01 nos. coolant as per capacity. Freight charges-01 nos. including up keeping of all electrical installations associated with DG sets i/c accessories required for fully functional of DG sets as per terms & conditions attached herewith.

Supply of following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required. a) 1.5 sq. mm.
