Painting of structural members

Painting of structural members, pipelines, Pressure Vessels and overhead structures in Utility & SWRO section. The work includes Surface preparation and applying two coat of primer, two coats of Aliphatic Polyurethane paint on structures, pipelines, Pressure vessels and chequered plates with DFT not less than 120micron and two coat of primer, two coats of heat resistance paint on Boiler surface with DFT not less than 120micron. The scope of work includes the supply of PU paint(Aliphatic), heat resistant paint, primer, thinner, cleaning materials, tools, tackles and manpower for completing the job as required and directed by the Engineer in- charge. The rate shall include cost of material, consumable, labour, and other expenditure involved for finished item.

Erection & de-erection of scaffolding at various locations of Zirconium Complex as per engineer in charge direction for painting work with supply of required scaffolding pipes, clamps, safety platform grills etc as per IS:4014(Part 1&2)-1967

Replacement of Damaged Metallic Structures, channels and I beams at Utility and SWRO section as per engineer in charge which involves work at height. The work is inclusive of all consumables, welding, Gas cutting and Fabrication work along with manpower and PPE's. The list of structures to be supplied and replaced in indicated in Annexure B.

Floor Painting of areas in Utility &SWRO section over concrete / Floor. The work is inclusive of removal of debris, scaling. Water, moisture, oil, grease any other contaminants on floor which includes surface preparation by scrapping mechanical surface grinding / buffing, washing, cleaning, drying, filling of epoxy mortar to holes, inclusive of primer, paint, thinner etc with all necessary equipments, labours complete as per the Technical Specifications and as directed by the Engineer- In- Charge.
