Dismantling of old ACB& other accessories from existing Panel, removing of all cable connection after taking necessary safety precautions/shut down etc

Providing /fixing and making connection including links, bends, aluminum bus bar will be of electrolytic grade conductivity or as per relevant IS having sufficient cross section area insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve in phase color identification for 800Amp. ACB

Arrangement of incoming / outgoing cable termination by providing & fixing of terminal link of current carrying capacity 800Amp. With phase separator I. Removable cable gland plate to be provided for each cable entry with cable gland. Making connection of both incoming & out going side as required with proper insulation.

Fixing of the ACB in the existing L T Panel Board including providing & fabrication & fixing of the base frames of suitable sizes for ACBs in the chamber.

Fixing of motor protection relays & over current & earth fault relay in incomer by doing necessary modification in panel door for fixing the sane and control wiring with coper wire & setting of various fault protection as per site requirments

Fixing all the Amp. /volt meters, UVT. at the metering chamber along with complete wiring through 2.5 sq mm single core copper wire including providing and fixing of necessary ferrules etc.

Fixing of MCCB in existing panel by necessary modification in door etc. including required bus bar, links etc . & making cable connection

Insulation with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve/PVC tape throughout in red, yellow & blue color to identify three phases & black for neutral on panel bus bar

Testing & commissioning of ACB,MCCB & allied accessories as per required parameters with relevant IS .testing of the panel prior to switching on as Continuity and earth testing ,Meggaring of all equipment’s for phase to phase, neutral to body, neutral to earth and phase to earth.
