Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth for foundation of poles, cables etc, not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/ loose soil including taking out brick protection etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all complete all as specified ans as directed.

M&L for spread fine river sand in trenches complete all as specified ans as directed. NOTE: Punned down thickness shall only be measuered and paid.

M&L for laying brick sub class 'B' using old size burnt bricks for cable protection of size 230mmx115mmx75mm complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing/laying galvanised iron tubing 40 mm bore, light grade with all fittings for passing of under ground cable including taking down old pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing/laying galvanised iron tubing 50 mm bore, light grade with all fittings for passing of under ground cable including taking down old pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dismantling the servo controlled voltage stabilizer in position upto capacity 400 KVA including taking down all incoming/ outgoing connection and lifting of core from the stabiliser for identification of fault and reassembling after rectification of fault. Note:- Spares parts if required for replacement shall be paid under the respective item as under.

M & L for servicing of servo controlled voltage stablizer upto capacity of 400KVA, including refreshing the all connection, greasing, and conducting following tests:- (i) Testing of oil (ii) testing of insulation resistance (ii) testing of leakage current and output voltage all as specified and directed by Engr in charege. Note : If oil found unsv the oil shall be replaced with fresh transformer oil and transformer oil shall be paid under the respective item as under.

Repair of 4 KW Thyristor type Constant Current Regulator (CCR) (Make: NASU ) by providing OEM service engineer including repairing/replacing of defective CCRs by identifying the fault, replacement of defective PCBs and other components and complete checking Thyristor type CCR capacity 4KW complete all as directed and as directed by Eng-in-charge. Note: (i) All the components required for repairing to make the CCR serviceable shall be provided by the contractor and measured separately.. (ii) The CCR shall be repaired and serviced by OEMs Rep/ his auth rep only.

Calibration of 4 KW Thyristor type Constant Current Regulator (CCR) (Make: NASU ) by providing OEM service engineer including servicing complete all as directed and as directed by Eng-in-charge. Note: (i) Calibration and servicing of CCR will be carried out quarterly. (ii) Each CCR test will be carried out and calibration report will be submitted to Eng-in-charge. (iii) The CCR shall be calibrated and serviced by OEMs Rep/ his auth rep only. (iv) Servicing includes dusting, cleaning, checking of all conection and making the connection healty.

Note: The Washer extractor/ hydro extractor shall be repaired and serviced by OEMs Rep/ his auth rep only.

S & F PVC drain pipe of dia 32mm LDPE pipe for existing capacity and make complete all as specified and directed.

Opening, dismantling and disconnecting all water connection and electrical connection of Drying tumbler capacity of 15 kg of make Superfab and reassembling the same after repair including Oiling, cleaning, servicing and greasing, balancing and alignment of cylindrical basket, balancing of blower, shaft turning, cleaning and servicing of steam radiator for the smooth functioning of the machine complete all as specified and directed. Note: The Drying tumbler shall be repaired and serviced by OEMs Rep/ his auth rep only.

S & F in replacement of strip heater of existing make complete all as specified and directed.

Opening dismantling and disconnecting all water connection and electrical connection of flat work Ironer with double roll make superfab and Reassemble the same for repair after removing nuts and bolts including Oiling, cleaning, servicing and greasing, balancing and alignment improvement of chest and rollers, servicing and cleaning of Pneumatic kits, servicing of electrical panel and variable frequency drive for the varying of speed of motor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Water solenoid motorized Pneumatic valve of existing size and make for inlet and outlet complete all as specified and directed.
