Maintenance and Operation of Street Light and High Mast on Delhi PWD Road under PWD DHC , ND/Central, New Delhi (SH- Dismantling of Street light poles and fittings and SITC of High Mast).

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of raising / lowering type of High Mast Tower of following height with top diameter D1= 150 mm and bottom diameter D2= 360 mm ,Base Plate Dia D3= 560 mm, Base Plate BCD= 460 mm, Base Plate thickness= 20 mm as per specifications attached and made out of 4 mm thickness on existing foundation, as per specification attached & comprising broadly the following: Galvanized steel polygonal mast in section with base plate and hot dipped galvanized sections. The sections shall be stress/slip fitted without any circumferential weld in between. There shall be only one longitudinal seam weld per section and no circumferential weld. Head frame sliding galvanized lantern carriage capable of moving up and down the mast complete with self aligning mechanism guides with Motorized winch sytem and capable of receiving the upto 8 Nos. of flood light luminaries, as per detail enclosed and their control gear boxes - (lantern carriage with as many nos of arms, as per detail enclosed). Set of hoisting ropes made out of stainless steel Double drum winch with power unit. Heavy gauge hot dipped galvanized lighting finial for lighting protection of High Mast. Multicore copper conductor flexible power trailing cables of appropriate rating for energizing the luminaries complete, as per specification attached. Wind Speed: Designed for 150 km/h (or as per IS 875 Part-3 / local code including Providing and laying in position 1:2:4 reinforced cement concrete foundation (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) foundation deep including excavation of earth, providing cutting, bending and placing in position, reinforcement of cold twisted bars of different sizes as per OEM recommendations for foundation as required with positioning of foundation bolts and providing 90 mm. diameter (O.D) DWC, HDPE Pipe for cable entry & exit etc as required. (Foundation drawing shall be submitted by OEM for 150 KMPH wind speed) (a) For 16 meters high mast

Fabrication, Supplying and erection of flange mounted hot dip Galvanized Octagonal Pole of 12 meter height made out of 3 mm thickness HT steel plate, having nominal bottom diameter of 210 mm & top diameter of 90 mm complete with a hinge window with cover at a height of 2 meters from the base for cable termination block etc. and galvanized base plate of size 300mm x 300mm x 16mm thickness including erection of pole in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling alongwith supplying and fixing of the following accessories in the window box provided for cable termination:- a) 3 core 4 sq. mm al. conductor from MCB to street light fitting b) 63 Ampers termination block suitable for 25 Sqmm conductor 4 nos. & shorting links - 5 Nos. on DIN channel alongwith providing and fixing DIN channel of suitable length - 2 nos. on the existing laminated sheet. c) 6 Ampers SPMCB 'C' Characteristics Curve - 1 no., Earth stud 2 nos. welded at suitable height, 2 nos. washers, spring washers & nuts. d) Cable support clamp suitable for 4 nos. of LT UG cable e) Supply and installation of Gl foundation bolt set of 24 mm diameter x 750mm size long J-type Gl foundation bolt (EN-8 grade) with nuts, washer, anchor plate including 2 Nos. template of 4 mm thickness size 275 x 275mm with 4 Nos. 28 mm diameter holes, to match with PCD of Pole base plate etc. f) street light pole bracket made out of galvanized cap-tube with minimum 1000 mm long of suitable diameter to suit the dia of pipe. (Foundation drawing shall be submitted by OEM for 150 KMPH wind speed)

Dismantling of pole/ street light standard/ strut upto a height of 12 mtrs embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.

Erection of metallic pole of Above 10.0 Meter and upto 12.0 Meter length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required. This also includes the shifting charges of pole from the dismantled location to installation of new location.

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of following LED Post Top Lantern fitting made out of CRCA sheet, duly powder coated /Aluminium body, confirming to IP - 66, suitable for operation on 150 V to 270 V,(5500 to 6500K), 50 Hz AC Supply, having power factor ≥ 0.95, CRI > 80, Luminaries efficacy ≥ 80 lumen/watt , Driver efficiency > 85%, 10 kv surge protection, L-70 Life 50,000 burning hours. complete i/c dismantling of existing fitting if any, connection, etc complete as reqd. (Note:- Contractor shall submit 5 Years guarantee certificate of respective manufacturer along with the fitting). (a) 45 watt

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1. 1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. (a) Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. (a) Upto 35 sq. mm

Credit of the dismantled pole of height upto 12 mtrs. under buy back etc. complete as required.
