Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floor and pavings n. exc. 15cm thickness (Below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of precast RCC cover slab and cement concrete block waling as in manhole, septic tank and drains etc built in cement mortor all quoins, arches pillars etc but excluding ashiar facings sdresed stone etc all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 250 m all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L 4mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building board fixed to timber/GI/Aluminium frame work with screws in ceiling including S&F anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605mmX605mm and aluminium sections for false ceiling main/cross tee of size 36.5mmX25mmX2.4mm weighing 0.24 Kg/Rm and wall angle of size 38mmX25mmX2.4mm weighing 0.36 Kg/Rm and including S&F hangers 4mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjoining level fixed in roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified and as directed. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge..

M &L for precast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks, type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) exc 10cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and as directed complete.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exc. 0.11 Sq.m. but n. exc. 0.18 Sq.m. (400x400mm size), in floors etc.set and jointed in neat slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match for joint free over screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished cement concrete surfaces finished even smooth without using extra cement including necessary construction joint complete all as specified.

S&F Mild steel work in window guard bars,plain,let in and fixed indipendently in wooden frames and similar work cofirming to to Fe -290 Gde E-165 etc all as specified and directed.
